There is always something fun to do, including: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. This is your ideal vacation getaway.

Alabama get away

The property was as described in the VRBO app. The balcony was a plus a place to get away to sit around and enjoy the view. Parking was awesome. Enough room for all, which was surprising there were six of us. Plenty of blankets and pillows, and the kitchen was well stocked.

We had a great time. Very nice complex in a great location. Well appointed condo. Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning the floors and carpets. We would come back again.

Great location, needs a better cleaning crew.

Location is prime real estate. Very close to beach, next door to marina, grocery stores, easy access in and out. On arrival we found several pots and pans with food still on them, not washed placed in cabinets, kitchen garbage can full of old food at the bottom and not clean at all, food left over behind bunk bends in 2nd bedroom, dirty laundry left in spare bedroom closet floor and under bed. The apartment for being 700sqft is very "crammed". One can only walk in side ways from kitchen to living room and can only walk in side ways in the main bedroom. A lot of that furniture could be taken out, and the kitchen cabinets are very overly full. Pots, pans, plates nearly fall out when one opens it. It needs to be decluttered. Very nicely decorated.

So disappointed

We booked this property for the amenities and unfortunately the listing was not accurate. The provided beach bikes were completely rusted, including the chains and all the tires were flat - the bikes are unusable. The provided grill was rusted, filthy, and had old charcoal left inside - not usable. Two beach chairs and a beach umbrella were supposed to be under the bunk beds for guest use - there were no beach chairs or umbrellas under the bunk beds. The listing highlights Wi-Fi and smart tvs inside the unit but those were also not usable - the Wi-Fi doesn’t work and we were unable to watch tv or stream movies on rainy days. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival (crumbs on place settings, hair in shower, bottle cap on floor beside the bed). I did bring all of this to the attention of the property management company and the response was “thanks for letting us know”. It’s listed as sleeping 6 but be advised there is not dinner seating for six and six can’t gather around for a movie because of the layout of the living room. There is a washer and dryer in the unit but it’s a stacked unit and very small. The unit itself is well decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was very nice and the location of the condo was good. It has potential to be great but not getting all the listed amenities that we paid for, I would not recommend. We were so disappointed.

Beautiful view-Beautiful condo

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Booking and communicating with the property management was so easy and they answered all of my questions very quickly. We also took advantage of the first come first serve boat slips. They are very nice slips and very well maintained. The view is gorgeous. Perfect condo for a family of 6 to stay and be comfortable. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again.

Nice place, very consistent with description and what we expected. Clean, everything we needed. The kayaks that were included were great, we used them 4 times in different places. We would stay here again!
