There are 5 houses very difficult to reach. Many hedgehogs in the water you should pay attention to

Deutsch/Englischtranslation you find downstairs Der Empfang war noch ganz nett, aber der Abschied grauenvoll. Die Betten waren viel zu kurz . Der TV ging nicht und man konnte auch keinen Föhn benutzen. Am letzten Tag fiel der Kühlschrank aus. Das Boot ,das man mieten kann ist nicht wie im Internet beschrieben inclusive dem Benzin, das berechnet der Vermieter extra. Der Vermieter will alles am Ende in bar haben und zwar nach seinen Vorstellungen. Er hat auch kein Papier zum gegenzeichnen. Er kam bei uns mit einer langen Liste an Kosten , die zu der Miete des Hauses noch zusätzlich zu begleichen wären, ca 1.5 Stunden bevor die Fähre kam zur Abreise. Er wollte einen Tag mehr für das Boot , das wir nur 2 und nicht 3 Tage benützten, dann Kosten für Schrammer, die wir angeblich an dem Boot verursacht hätten, Geld für das Benzin ( das eigenlich inklusive war und dann noch Geld für die Paddel , da eines kaputt ging) Er schrieb alle Preise vor und wurde sehr ungehalten , als wir widersprachen. Er würde uns nicht von der Insel lassen wenn wir das nicht noch bezahlen würden , was er wolle. Unser Auto war mit einer Kette eingesperrt, wo nur er noch den Schlüssel hatte als wir gehen wollten. Wir kamen uns sehr unter Druck gesetzt vor und erpresst, so zahlten wir und waren heilfroh, dort weg zu sein. Meine Geldrückforderung ignorierte er. Englisch The reception was still nice, but the farewell horrible. The beds were way too short. The TV did not work and you could not use a hair dryer. On the last day much of the fridge. The boat that you can rent is not as described in the internet including the gas, the landlord charged extra. The landlord wants to have everything in the end in cash and that according to his ideas. He also has no paper to counter. He came to us with a long list of costs that would be added to the rent of the house in addition, about 1.5 hours before the ferry came to the departure. He wanted a day more for the boat, which we only used for 2 and not 3 days, then cost money for the gas (which was actually included and then money for the paddles) for Schrammer, which we allegedly caused on the boat, because one broke) He prescribed all prices and became very angry when we contradicted. He would not let us off the island if we did not pay what he wanted. Our car was locked in a chain where only he had the key when we wanted to go. We were very pressured and blackmailed, so we paid and were glad to be gone. He ignored my reclaim money

Toller Urlaub in toller Lage

Wunderbar ausgestattetes Haus direkt am Wasser (70 Schritte von der Terrasse). Die Inhaber - Tino und die ganze Familie sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, stets bemüht um ihre Gäste. Sehr gut geeignet für Gäste mit einem Hund! Das Haus befindet sich in einer Lagune, wo noch weitere 4 Ferienhäuser stehen. Beliebte Anlegestelle für Segel- u. Motorboote.

Optimal als Rückzugsort

Uns hat es super gefallen. Das Haus war sauber und komfortabel, sinnvoll aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Gut durchdacht, z. B. durchgehend gut schließende Fliegengitter, ein Kamin zum Grillen, etc. Die Spannungsversorgung ist 12V (Photovoltaik), mit zwei Trafos sind 220V nutzbar, aber wie beschrieben max. 300W-Geräte. War für uns unproblematisch, Smartphone aufladen o. ä. geht natürlich. Fernseher ist vorhanden, Kühlschrank und Herd laufen mit Gas, auch unproblematisch. Die Lage fanden wir top! Wirklich etwas abseits, die nächsten 2 Häuser in ca. 50 m Entfernung und dann weiter nichts an Bebauung. In der Bucht ankern gern auch mal Segelschiffe, weil es eben schön dort ist, ansonsten hat man seine Ruhe, zumindest zu unserer Zeit (Juni) war das so. Der Parkplatz ist tatsächlich auch nicht direkt am Haus, die Schubkarre ist da. Die Vermieter sind wirklich auch super nett, unkompliziert. Etwas Englisch ist notwendig. Also, wir haben gefunden was im Katalog angekündigt war und werden gern wiederkommen!

Výborná dovolenka

Krásne prostredie, pekné a čisté ubytovanie s nádherným výhľadom. Prístup autom po parkovisko možný aj na bežnom aute. Strávili sme krásnu dovolenku so psami a papagájom, ktorý tam mohol bezpečne lietať. My sme si oddýchli a ďakujeme Tinovi a jeho milej rodine za peknú dovolenku.

Ak máte radi kľudné a tiché prostredie a zároveň nechcete byť úplne odrezaný od civilizácie,tak práve toto ubytovanie to všetko spĺňa.Dom bol veľmi čistý a až nad očakávanie maximálne vybavený.Tak isto čo sa týka okolia bolo všetko v úplnom poriadku.Prístup autom je cca 250m od domu,kludne to zvládne aj auto s nižším podvozkom.Jediné čo by som majitelovi navrhol je to že by mohol spolu k ubytovaniu prenajímať aj štvorkolku,značne by to usnadnilo a spríjemnilo pobyt v tomto objekte.Aj keď na druhej strane,keby ste za celý svoj pobyt nechceli urobiť ani krok navyše od domu,majitel nám sám od seba navrhol že nám čokolvek na čo si zmyslíme prinesie.S tak ochotným človekom som sa za tie roky čo navštevujem Chorvátsko ešte nestretol.To naozaj klobúk dole,ešte raz Velké „Ďakujem“Tino,tebe aj tvojej úžasnej rodine-ste naozaj super.To čo robíte,robíte veľmi dobre.

Immer wieder gern

Ein Urlaub nach unserem Geschmack. Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön in einer Bucht. Zur Anfahrt benötigt man keinen Geländewagen und zum Gepäcktransport zum Haus war eine Schubkarre vorhanden. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und trägt viel zu einem schönen Urlaub bei. Wir kommen gern wieder!!
