Bathroom 1 - Ensuite with tile and marble shower, separate handheld shower and vanity. Bathroom 2 - Ensuite with shower, glass door, rain shower ,separate handheld shower.
Living Room – Cozy and refined, West Elm sofa, flat-screen TV, elegant finishes.
Kitchen – Fully stocked, combination Keurig pod / drip machine, all the small gadgets.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. Loved our stay in Charleston. This home was so close to everything with convenient parking as well. Very clean and well appointed and excellent communication with owner. You will NOT be disappointed here!
The check in was a breeze, we had a nice parking area, location perfect for sightseeing and dining - lots to see within walking distance. The unit was spotless, well-stocked with supplies, coffee and linens. We especially loved the common outdoor area with the fire pit and fountains. Jaime was friendly and helpful. Altogether a perfect location and place to stay.
Beautifully restored historical building in a similar setting. Easy to walk to historical sides. Lovely decorating and comfort in the VRBO!

Cute house close to great restaurants and bars and not too far from downtown. The property manager was responsive and provided detailed check in instructions.
We loved the property. The location is amazing and Jamie was so helpful with check in.
The house is clean and comfortable.
We will for sure stay here every time we visit.

Including a knife sharpener in the kitchen or having housekeeping sharpen the knives before check-in would be a very good practice. I was never able to figure out how to light the fire tables after 7pm. Ugh!

Excellent stay! Would stay at the property again on location alone. Extremely cozy beds. It is a lower level unit, so beware of what comes along with that. Very modern with everything you need for a few nights. Our only hiccup was getting to the Xfinity TV app at first, and the front door keypad needs to be looked at. Very nice property!!
