Great stay on Winnisquam. Scott's property was just as described and an amazing place, with an updated guest house and activities barn, which was a godsend for the kids (and adults :)) on rainy days. Planning on returning and highly recommend!

This place was beyond belief!! It suited all 15 of us from littles to seniors. I can honestly say that this was the first vacation home we rented that we rarely had to leave the premises. (We lovingly referred to it as the compound.) The ability to sit on the deck and enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the lake was phenomenal! Worth every penny.

Wonderful stay

We loved our experience at this property. Access and views of the lake were incredible and Scoot was very responsive! Great getaway for the family and some friends. Highly recommend!

Charming Lake house

We thoroughly enjoyed this private charming Lakehouse, with a separate bunkhouse for the younger crowd that wanted to stay up a little later. We hope to be able to come back and visit again.

The lake house was the perfect fall escape for us! Extremely comfortable inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen. The bunkhouse and barn were so well done and gave us plenty of options for activities. And the views of the lake from early morning to late at night were breathtaking! I wouldn't hesitate renting the property again.

Perfect family vacation!

Just got back from a fantastic week. The lake house had great views and was more spacious than the pictures showed. The kids loved the bunk house and swimming off the dock. The property was very well equipped and super clean. I found the host to be very responsive to our questions. We would definitely rent this property again!

The house is much larger than it appears from the photos....and the bunk house was great for the young adults in our group and the kids.....well appointed house, with all the utensils, dishes, cookware we needed. Large frig......

Beautiful location

Loved our house on the lake. We had two of the families stay in the cottage. Not a great spot for babies because no walls for the bedrooms. House was clean and sunrise and sunset were beautiful from the porch. I would highly recommend renting the boat. It was fabulous.

Annual Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this house. We gathered together with our siblings, spouses, & kids for a much loved annual family vacation. The bunk house was so perfect for all the kids & the house had a lot of lake house charm & comforts of home with nice appliances & comfy beds. It was a great layout for us to all hang out together inside or out. Lots of places to explore on the property. Dock for swimming & to dock the boat we rented. Grill & fire pit were perfect for grilling & s’mores. Can’t recommend this property enough.

This home checks so many boxes. There was 12 of us and plenty of space to spread out. A lot of thought has gone into this property. Family dinners in the main house. S’mores at the fire pit and long days in the water at the dock. Our 5 year old son learned how to finally swim here. Core memory that will never be forgotten! This family reunion/vacation was definitely an unforgettable one thanks to this property.

Beautiful spot

Very well furnished and equipped with everything needed and feels more like a home than a rental property. Gorgeous view of the lake and easy launching of kayaks. Large lawn area great for games. The bunkhouse was a bit cold due to the time of year but would be a huge benefit for kids in the summer. Projection TV is a great feature and was enjoyed. Owner was very responsive and great to work with. The area is quiet and you really need to go to Laconia just 10 mins away to find a few restaurants but would definitely stay here again and would book again this summer if a week was available!

The best weekend of the year!

The listing pictures do not do this beautiful home justice! It was everything anyone could want- water right at your feet, kayaks for people to venture out and tons of yard and house space for enjoyimg each other. Our group spent about 90% of the time outside or on the extra living space right off the deck. The bunk house was a hit to watch the Celtics on the projector & everyone was already asking to rebook for next year when we were saying goodbye. Scott has a beautiful home & was an absolute breeze to work with. Thank you for letting us share that space for our favorite weekend of the year.

Great Location, Views, and Fun things to do!

The facility was excellent, nearly perfect in every way. While we encountered a couple of minor issues, the owner was quick to address them. The most significant concern was the dust accumulation under the couches, which the cleaners had overlooked. However, I don’t hold the owner responsible for this. As someone with dust allergies, it caused a slight inconvenience, but I’m confident the owner will take care of it now that it's been brought to their attention. Aside from that, the facilities were very clean and comfortable. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

This property had everything. There was plenty of space to spread out, the barn with pickleball, ping pong, pool, etc. was perfect for evenings and rainy days. The host, Scott, was available every time I had a question. The pontoon boat was really nice for seeing the lake and the bunk house for all the younger generation was just right. Great place and would rent again. With all rental properties there’s room for improvement. Lots of pros with regard to location. Main house has three private bedrooms. Bunk house is adorabile but no private sleeping quarters. Kitchen appliances and cooking equipment can use a deep clean and replacement of worn out pots and pans. Dust bunnies in the common areas. Host is a pleasure to work with!! Thanks for the memories

Peaceful NH Home Getaway!

The group so enjoyed the views from inside the sunporch and along the deck and dock. Sunrises were simply amazing, especially over coffee and biscotti's from Laconia Bakery. Great home base for day trips to Franconia Notch SP, Mt Washington, Concord and Portsmouth. Modern kitchen to take out fresh seafood and cook it up and eat in that peaceful sunporch. We recommend! Stayed at this house with a group of friends, and it was absolutely amazing! Besides it’s great views and extra house, it was able to accommodate all of our needs. Waking up with the view of the lake everyday is something we all enjoyed. Would consider going back again.
