We are within walking distance to the community pool, grocery store, movie theaters, restaurants, waterpark, go karts, mini golf & and tax free outlet shopping!

Lewes Beach & Cape Henlopen State Park are about 10 minutes away and Rehoboth Beach is about 15 minutes away.

Generally a nice property. There were convenient features like onsite dumpster, bathroom and shower on every floor. It was great that we didn’t have to get separate linen service. Would recommend this property.

This is the perfect location to get to Lewes or Rehoboth. Great unit. Nice pool. This was our fourth year staying here, and it never disappoints!

Fantastic place

We absolutely loved this property. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. The towels and linens were also a real bonus! We highly recommend a stay at this amazing space. Also being able to step out the door right onto the golf course is a great feature!

Great stay, exactly like the pictures and description

What you see is exactly what you get. It was a great space, clean and comfortable. Can comfortably sleep the number noted, everyone has their own space to be comfortable in. Loved all the outdoor options. The location can’t be beat, walking distance to grocery store, short ride to the beach and the community has a pool for the days you want to switch it up. Bonnie was easy to work with and very communicative. Hoping we can rent again next year.

The location was great, and overall this was a solid option for the weekend. The pool is a short drive away, which was a little inconvenient (especially with a toddler) but not a deal breaker. The golf crowd wasn’t too distracting, though the large tree in the back does block the view of the course and hangs over the deck quite a bit, which made eating outside less enjoyable. Hot water took a while to reach some areas of the house, but that’s understandable in a larger property. Inside could use a deeper clean and a few updates, but overall it met our needs and worked well for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was big enough for our family and the kids loved the air hockey table! Beautiful and spacious bedrooms! The pool was on the smaller end and we didn’t go in because we never saw any kids there and didn’t want to disrupt the peace haha…. Overall a great stay! The host was very responsive to any questions!

Great townhouse!!

My family really enjoyed our week in Delaware. This property was perfectly located with shopping, restaurants, and several beaches within a short distance. We spent a couple of days at Lewes Beach and loved the calmness of the bay and a few days at Tower Beach to have fun in the ocean. The house itself was exactly as described. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Fun Experience

This home is located in a central location right off of Route 1. It has a great golf course and nice pool amenities that our family really enjoyed. We had an issue with the pool pass and the host immediately fixed the issue and was very receptive and responsive to any questions we had.

Vert comfortable

This was exactly as it appeared on the listing. Very comfortable and perfect location. We spent a lot of time on Lewes Beach and the little town and it was so easy to get to and from this location even on a busy holiday weekend. We also went to Rehobeth one night to Funland and that area and it was also a very easy drive. I would highly recommend to anyone. The host answers messages in what feels like minutes, she is very attentive and helpful. We only used the pool once, but it was lovely. My husband and son in law played golf a few times and loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious with large rooms overall. The linens and towels were a great bonus! It was clean. The location was awesome we literally drove to different areas/beaches each day to explore which were only few min drives depending on traffic! The pool was nice (someone told us they recently updated it) so it was very clean. one thing I learned tho that pool is not within reasonable walking distance so our 15 yr old couldnt walk down or go himself to ensure safety. but not a big deal we would just drive down to it. Would definetly stay here again. Also host was very quick to respond to my messages!

Spacious and beautiful beach townhouse

This property was the perfect beach vacation rental for our family with four grown children. We enjoyed the space - it was easy to spread out with ample living space on the first floor (bedroom with two full beds, full bath, laundry, living room, air hockey, patio with grill, extra beach chairs), second floor (kitchen, living room, dining, patio with table, full bath, bedroom with queen), and third floor (master suite with king bed, sitting area, full bath, large walk-in closet). The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the pool on the other end of the golf course, playing golf early in the morning, eating lunch at the clubhouse, and going to Cape Henlopen State Park. Easy access to groceries and liquor store, movies, restaurants. We LOVE the Lewes Bake Shoppe and the quaint shops in Lewes, including lunch at Nectar. I have been visiting Delaware beaches for over 30 years, and this was one of my favorite places to stay.

Okay, but won’t return.

House was not very clean upon arrival. Had to vacuum the entire house when we got there, the garbage disposal was blocked and not working, so had to fix that as well. Contacted the owner and got ZERO response. House definitely needs a lot of updating. Sinks were clogged, towels were left in the dryer, the pantry was full of random stuff. Spices were outdated by 8 to 10 years, towels were on their last leg. Nothing certainly that couldn’t be overlooked, but when charged $150 cleaning fee I expect the place to be reasonably clean. Definitely had higher expectations based on the charge for the week.

Great set up and location

The Condo was set up beautifully for 5 of us to stay with plenty of room to spread out. Even had an air hockey table for fun. Right next to American Classic Golf Club and easy access to other amenities. Super clean and had everything we needed.
