So great place and view. Easy access to the water just you cannot bring your own umbrella or chairs. And by the time you realize this someone else has already got on the first row!! So I had to buy an umbrellas and then could use my own chairs. It’s a beautiful place but the dust was a little over the top. Everything else was great.

Nice condo but a bit overpriced for what we actually got. Couldn’t cook due to pans. Everything stuck to the bottom and ended up wasting groceries due to this. Minimal dishes offered. The condo needs a complete upgrade. Flooring had cracks in it and many corners on doors and walls had visible wear and tear. The condo was clean and on the beach with a balcony view.

To be a “ remodeled “ condo , the bathrooms were dated, baseboards in bathrooms and bedrooms look bad. Ceiling fans and ceiling was very dusty. The door doesn’t close well and lock beeps. Also there were a few bugs in the room.

Gorgeous beachfront property

This property is perfect. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony is breathtaking. The listing has everything you need in the kitchen. It was a wonderful spot for our stay at the Emerald Coast!

For the price, exactly what we needed. You got the beach access for an additional cost that wasn’t really mentioned until you got closer to your check in date so that was a bummer but it did not ruin the time we had there and was as advertised on every other front.

Overall good experience. The condo was beautiful and clean! My only complaint is that we were unable to purchase more wristbands for our son's Army buddies who came down for the day to visit with him.

Great View and Pool

We really enjoyed our stay—this unit has one of the best views in Destin, and the pool area was a great place to relax. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. That said, it could benefit from a deep clean and a few updates—especially in the bathrooms and the bedroom carpets, which are showing their age. Overall, a solid place to stay if you’re after a great view and location, just know it’s a little worn in spots.

Great memories

It was chilly during our stay so unfortunately we didn’t use the pool or hot tub. It was very relaxing though just sitting on the white sandy beach and taking walks. Would definitely go back but a little earlier when the weather is warmer.

Beach vacation

Upon arrival our gate code was wrong so we had to rely upon a worker to help us access the pool and beach until the property manager gave us a new code very helpful however the company we rented from never gave us the proper code and only checked back by text and never followed up would still stay again just use a different leasing company
