Enjoy the open concept kitchen and living room adjacent to the dining room and wet bar which is perfect for entertaining. Relax on the rocking chairs on the front porch or the large patio.Roast marshmalllows while enjoying an evening around the fire pit.

The North Fork has a lot to offer. There are numerous wineries, breweries, fine dining and boutiques. The beach is only moments away from this location. Enjoy a short trip to Greenport and enjoy a day of shopping and dining along the harborside. The North Fork is easily accessible to beautiful Shelter Island where you can catch a nice ferry ride over to the Hamptons.

4 friends getting away from the city for the weekend

The place is so clean and has so many features that make it a perfect place to unwind and get away. The hot tub is beautiful at night for looking at the stars and relaxing. The only thing I’d say is at times it was difficult finding a Uber driver to pick us up. In the area there are a few cool places you can walk to. If you have a car, you are very close to many beautiful wineries, restaurants, bars and beaches. The closest beach was so quiet and peaceful!! Tina is very kind and a fantastic host as well! We highly recommend this spot!!!

Everything we needed

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. Tina was always quick to respond and answer all my questions. Check in process was simple, and we appreciated having the house rules/check out procedure clearly outlined on paper. The house itself was beautiful…I think the pictures in the listing don’t do it justice! It was spacious enough to hang out, had ample bathrooms, beds were comfortable, and the backyard was great! We took advantage of both the fire pit and hot tub. The location was very convenient for all of our needs. Close to the Southold train station, close to wineries, and not far from Greenport where we had dinner one night. Overall, a great home base for spending time in the North Fork! Thanks so much for having us!

Birthday Weekend Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as pictured or better. The home was clean and comfortable and close to everything in Southold. We took the owner’s recommendation and walked to Sophie’s for dinner which was excellent. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

Mother Daughter Weekend

We had a lovely weekend staying in Southold. The house was bigger than we first thought, which was a nice surprise! Tina answered all of our questions and gave us information about local events happening in the area. The backyard was great with lots of seating to hang out and relax, and the hot tub was a nice addition! The house had a great layout for our mother daughter weekend and was super spacious and comfortable!

Tina responded quickly to questions and arranged for us to purchase beach parking tags for town beaches. Kitchen was well equipped. House has a lot of games and books for children which was super appreciated as we had a couple of rainy days due to Hurricane Henri!

Beautiful House

This house is absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do justice to how much space there is in the house and backyard. This is the perfect getaway with so many vineyards nearby. We had a great time. Tina was so responsive and always answered all our questions leading up to the trip and during our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Bachelorette Weekend

Absolutely PERFECT house for our bachelorette weekend. Tina was very helpful and accommodating when asked if we could check in/out earlier/later. Very responsive when we had a question during our stay. Very close to all of our activities; beach, breweries and beach bar in Greenport. Plenty of driveway parking for our 6 cars/trucks. Amazing yard. Dinner out back was beautiful. We didn’t light a fire or use the hot tub but the opportunity was there and called our names so many times. Time just ran so fast. Cannot say enough good things. Be aware if you NEED WiFi, Southold is a tough spot to get good service so when the WiFi was spotty, not at any fault of Tina or anyone just the location, it was expected and we worked with what we had. It was absolutely perfect and I hope I have another reason to rent this house again soon! THANK YOU!!!!

What a beautiful home! Such a peaceful place on the North Fork, close to many farms and vineyards. The house was just what we needed and fit us comfortably. Lovely bathrooms and bedrooms. The hot tub was an added bonus. Will definitely come back for more fun!
