This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love this house. The downstairs kid area is fantastic, the hot tub right on the deck overlooking the beach is fantastic as well. We love it here

Gorgeous location and comfortable home -Neskowin Beach Vacations and host Grey Fox made it a great trip! Well-stocked kitchen; lots of books, games and puzzles; fun game room. Quiet and peaceful beach. Spacious house, the living room and hot tub have a great view. King bed has a very firm mattress. Would love a mattress topper option for that bed in the future. No shampoo or conditioner in the house but otherwise well stocked with soap, towels, etc.

Phenomenal view and setting. Lovely, comfortable home. We spent a lot of time on the deck, which is quite private due to the landscaping on both sides of the yard. The rocks down to the beach are tricky to navigate, but if you walk 4-5 houses either way there are stairways for easy beach access. Well-stocked kitchen. Bring your streaming app log-in info for TV. Friendly, easy check-in and out.

50th Anniversary family trip

Beautiful view of Proposal Rock and easy access to the beach steps away. The house is perfect for off season stay when the weather might be bad because of all the activities available downstairs and the great view from the living room and master bedroom. You feel like you’re on the beach when you’re actually warm and dry inside!

Absolutely amazing place with great views. Easy access to the beach. Hot tub while you look out at the sunsets. Great views all around and the pool table, ping pong, and playroom downstairs was a treat. Highly recommend.

We stayed for three nights with grandparents, parents and kids. The location of the house was spectacular, looking directly over at Proposal Rock. The access to the beach was not the easiest, climbing over some large boulders. I am 79 and took a tumble, but take full responsibility for not paying close enough attention to where I put my feet!The spaces in the house were large and roomy, the view was incredible and the game room a treat for the grandkids.I would have given the place 5 stars, but it does need some TLC in spots. The dishwasher was a hazard. If you pulled the shelves out in normal fashion, the whole dishwasher tipped into you. It landed on my daughter’s foot the first time we used it. Luckily the wound was minimal and from then on we loaded and unloaded without pulling the shelves out more than a couple inches.It was an unbelievably gorgeous weekend with temperatures in the 80’s (never happens at the Oregon coast, right? Wrong!)Of course the house doesn’t have AC since it never gets that warm. But there is a fan. However, we couldn’t get it to work. It is either broken or we are fan technology challenged.The refrigerator was not cold when we arrived. Don’t know why it wasn’t set.The stairs up to the outer deck are a bit rickety, especially the railings.Water pressure so-so, but not a real problem. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay with family or friends. I would just encourage the owner to take care of some maintenance issues.

Great Family Retreat

The location, the view, and all the amenities were great for my family. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is for the following, which didn’t seem urgent enough to contact the host: slow drainage in bathrooms, not one sharp knife, a half-filled hot tub, and a check-in process that requires you to go to their office in Lincoln City. Otherwise, the rooms were spacious, each with their own bathrooms, beds comfy, and good insulation upstairs. Beach access was perfect and all the games provided made the rainy days fun!

Wonderful

The property comfortably accommodated all 10 of us, kids and adults. The views are spectacular and the beach has plenty of exploration to do, plus nearby hiking etc. Hot tub was ready to go and even on rainy days(which we didn't have) there is plenty of entertainment in the house. Pool table, Sauna, ping pong, TV's up and downstairs with good quality surround sound set ups. This is a property I would easily recommend and rent again for our family get together.
