About this property
Stay on the beach not on a cliff
Come to the beach, not a cliff. Currently a winter storm has pulled the sand away from the sea wall. To access the beach you will need to use the public access 50 feet to the North. When it changes I will update the listing. You are full of options here on fun things to do or just sit and relax. Whether it is watching the whales from the hot tub, enjoying the sunset from the fire pit or joining the endless surfers you will always have a memory to take home with you. The Nelscott area is a unique area of Lincoln City. It is one of the few stops on the WORLD wide big wave surf competition. It is a fantastic friendly area with unique shops. With some of the best food in Lincoln City; no joke, the Chinese food restaurant on the corner doesn't look like much but has the best Chinese in town. As well as the Mexican food restaurant has never let me down. You can't go wrong with Dory Cove or the best BBQ in town right next door also. For a great place to get a drink, The Black Squid is in walking distance as well as the Elks Lodge is right around the corner. There is always entertainment on the beach for people watching. With Christmas less than 365 days away, there is a fantastic "Christmas Shop" that sells everything you will need to decorate your world! Everything in Nelscott is within walking distance. Moe's restaurant is less than a 1.5 mile walk down the beach with some of the best Clam Chowder available. The restaurants and shops in Nelscott are all a nice walking distance.

The house had a perfect view. The hot tub view was framed perfectly for sunset pictures. It is one house down from the beach access, which is close enough while still providing some privacy. We didn’t use the fire pit, but only because we were tired out every evening from the beach walks. The host communicated very well and everything was well set up for a perfect vacation. We will definitely go there again!
The location was amazing; right on the beach with gorgeous views of the ocean. The host was very responsive. We were out on the beach most of the time so really did not use the house much.
The yard was perfect for a puppy's first road trip. The view was awesome and the easy access to the beach was appreciated. The home is well kept and the kitchen has all the basics plus enough you could easily prepare most home cooked meals. We had a power outage due thunderstorms and having the gas fireplace was wonderful for both esthetics and warmth. Us adults loved the thunder and lightening, the pup not so much.
Great location. Nice to be on the beach! Too bad the sea wall doesn’t allow direct access, but the ramp is just on the other side of the next property.
It’s nice that you can park compacts in the garage!
Loved the hot tub and the fire place!
Our family was having a Celebration of Life and this beachfront house was really beautiful. The backyard is so nice and the view is incredible. Having two stories was fantastic and the owner is incredibly kind. Our dogs loved the house too:)
Very cool place! Beautiful sunsets right from the hot tub, you feel like you're right on the ocean. None of us wanted to leave, if we didn't have to work we surely would have tried to book another night! House layout worked out great with two nice/private bedrooms upstairs (for the parents) & a really nice lower level w space for all the kids! Good space inside w/easy access to the beach outside @ the park next door. Hopefully, we can make it back soon!
The house was great. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the comfortable furnishings, the outside fire pit, the hot tub and the closeness of the beach outside the back door. We will be staying there again in the future. One recommendation is to update the pots and pans
The house has a beautiful view of the ocean. The house is very large and could accommodate a lot of people if needed. We had the family over for a BBQ. It was great. The only negative thing is the carpet is white. White carpet with dogs and children did cause me a little stress. Overall it was a great stay.

This is a great house for a group. Great location with a nice gathering area around a fire-it overlooking the ocean. Cleanliness was what one would expect being right on the beach. The only drawback, (and it wasn't a big deal) is that the photos of the house make it appear that you can walk out the back gate straight to the beach and you can not. However the house is located one lot over from the public approach. Overall a good rental.
