Villa stay in Rovinj

This property is located several miles outside Rovinj. Close enough for ease of access but very peaceful and quiet. Bruno’s family has owned the home for 150 years. So it is just full of history and character. The terrace was wonderful to enjoy morning coffee or to feed the neighborhood kitty population. Was so nice to be out in the beautiful country but within 10 minute drive of town. We loved our stay.

Die Unterkunft war ansprechend und sehr sauber! Das Mobiliar war zweckmäßig und mit südländischem „Flair“ ( nicht schließende Tür im Schlafzimmer….) Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und bot eine unglaubliche Ruhe, perfekt um dem Alltag zu entfliehen.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters, der uns mit offenen Armen empfangen hat. Seine Englischkenntnisse erleichterten die Kommunikation ungemein und ermöglichten es uns, viele interessante Informationen über die Umgebung zu erhalten.Das Ambiente der Ferienwohnung erinnerte stark an einen Bauernhof. Die Nutztiere in der Nähe sorgten für eine charmante Atmosphäre.Wir können diese Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Nettes sauberes Apartment in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage. Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Ausreichend Handtücher und Spültücher bereits vor Ort vorhanden. Outdoor waren die Mücken ein wenig lästig. - Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

Gemütlich und ruhig mit mediterranen Flair

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wunderschöner Garten. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 10 Min von Rovinj entfernt. Man hat also seine Ruhe in herrlicher Umgebung. Die Tiere vom Hof haben überhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, sie sind Teil des authentisches Flair dieser Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar ein Handrührgerät, Kuchenformen, Crepepfanne, sehr viele Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr. Die Tochter des Vermieters hat uns mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen überrascht, es gab hochwertige Schokolade zu Ostern. Drei Schlafzimmer sind vorhanden.

Wir fühlten uns wie in einer alten ...

Wir fühlten uns wie in einer alten italienischen Villa. Sehr ruhige Lage, mehrere Kilometer von Rovinj entfernt, aber nah genug für einen praktischen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist seit 150 Jahren im Familienbesitz und strotzt nur so vor Geschichte. Es ist sehr bequem, auch spät noch zu bleiben, und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Bruno ist ein toller Gastgeber. Jede Menge Platz und die Terrasse ist so toll, um draußen zu sitzen und die Landschaft und Umgebung zu genießen.

Sehr schön, Mitten in der freien Natur, sehr ruhig und kein Lärm. Paar Kilometer von rovinj entfernt TV leider nur Kroatisch, ansonsten alles Tip Top

Familienbetrieb in ländlicher Gegend, sehr nette Vermieter auf dem Bauernhof. Haustiere sind überhaupt kein Problem, wer keines hat geht zu den Pferden, Eseln, Ziegen, Gänsen, Hühnern... Völlig Ausreichende Einrichtung im einfachen Standart zur Selbstversorgung. Selbst ein bisschen WLan war da.. Problemchen konnten immer behoben werden, nur der Weg zum Strand ist doch recht weit (5km).

Unter sauber verstehe ich was anderes.vom Ballkon war sichtbar ,das der große Hund in seinem Platz sein geschäft verrichtet hat ,was natürlich Fliegen angezogen hat.Ich würde da nicht nochmal hinfahren
