Cottage on the Cove

Enjoy this private quiet beach front year round cottage on Sebago Cove.  There are 3 bedrooms with room for more.  Enter the first floor off the private deck, and walk into the open kitchen, dining and sitting area. The first floor features a full bathroom, bedroom #1 - full size bed w/ washer and dryer, bedroom #2 - Queen size bed, and Bedroom #3 full size bed with the view of the lake.  There is also a spacious walk-out basement down the spiral stairs that has a half bathroom, kid's bunk beds, a pull out sofa in the TV living area and direct access to the patio and lake.  Enjoy 100ft of sandy beach front. Walk into the water or jump in off the dock and float, great for all ages.  Boat access to Sebago lake under a bridge connection and all it offers.  

Amenities includes - Heat/air conditioning, Smart TV, XBOX 360 with small DVD collection and games, WIFI, Washer and Dryer, fire pit, and 2 kayak to use. The kitchen has a gas range/oven, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, Toaster oven, and full complement of cookware, tableware and utensils.

Minutes away from Sebago State Park, golfing, seacoast adventure, hiking, snowmobiling, Shawnee Peak, ice fish right in front of the cottage.  Relax after a long day of fun on Sebago with a BBQ on our private deck and enjoy a campfire with the kids on the patio.
