You will love the openness of the home, high ceilings and natural light. Our home is furnished with high end furniture: west elm, four hands, CB2, Potterybarn , etc. With a recently remodeled custom kitchen featuring Jenn Aire and KitchenAide appliances.

Some of the basics:

The Penick House is smart so you can tell google "Hey google - open all blinds" and the roller shades will magically begin to raise.... Or on your way out... "Hey Google, turn off all lights" and voila! It's pretty cool. We will leave instructions and an ipad for manual operation.

We offer our guests high-speed google fiber wifi all of the TVs are equipped with smart TV functions.

We have a couple of coffee options: a standard drip for you old-skool cats, a new Kuerig for the no-fuss crowd, and a couple of stainless french-presses for the bougie - (guilty!)

We have plenty of free on-property parking as well as free on-street parking, just please don't block the mailboxes :)

We have a reverse osmosis drinking water system located in the bar sink of the kitchen for guests as well as one feeding the ice maker in the fridges so we will keep you top-shelf hydrated ;)

Fully stocked kitchen with a Jenn Aire double oven and built in refrigerator, plus a beverage mini fridge and wine fridge to boot! We also have an additional over-flow fridge in the adjacent laundry room as well as one on the back porch just incase your buddy keeps drinking your milk.... forget your own shelf.... you can have your own FRIDGE!

Here is a bit about the sleeping situation:

Bedroom 1 is located upstairs and is the only King size bed available. This room features a minibar, private balcony with seating and distant downtown views! Other amenities include a 40in HD flatscreen smart TV walk-in shower and mini-split AC for additional cooling if needed.

Bedroom 2 is located just off the living room and comfortably holds a full size double bed, desk and private bathroom with a tub and shower.

Bedroom 3 is also just off the living room and across the hall from bedroom 2. This room has 2 comfortable twin beds, a large bathroom with 2 vanities, walk-in closets Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. This room also features a massage chair... a fan favorite!

Bedroom 4 is on the opposite side of the home off of the kitchen. This is the largest bedroom and features 2 twin beds each with trundles and a west elm sleeper sofa so 5 beds just in this room -plus plenty of space for additional air mattresses if needed! There is a 30 inch HD flatscreen TV in this room equipped with Roku. This room has an adjacent full bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower and external access to the pool.

Bedroom 5 is the separate pool house located on the east side of the back yard. This room has a TON of natural light, automatic rolling shades, loft with 2 twins and a pottery barn couch for sleeping a total of three people. There is a mini bar, HD flatscreen smart TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is additionally an outdoor shower for the pool use.
