Beautifully updated canal front, inground pool home with boat dock. This luxury house has the feel of both a hotel and the privacy of a home, for all to enjoy. The open floor plan provides spacious room to both relax and play. The two sliding glass doors open up to the patio where everyone can sit and relax by the pool, enjoy the fire pit after dark, or sit by the canal and enjoy the water. Our home is perfect for traveling for business with easy access to major highways. The group can take a day trip to the Iconic Cocoa Beach pier, Kennedy Space center, or Port Canaveral, Ron Jons surf shop, excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. This home is family owned and operated with over 10 years of experience in offing amazing vacation rentals in multiple states the US.

Great Canal Oasis

Property was well maintained and clean. It had everything that we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool but would have preferred it heated as the week we were in Cocoa Beach was on the cooler side. We saw many animals in the canal and even caught a few fish. We look forward to returning with hopefully a little better weather!

Beyond my expectations!

We spent a week in Cocoa Beach at this location and it did not disappoint. It was clean, conveniently located to the grocery store, coffee shop and a short drive to the beach. A perfect week away in the sunshine! We enjoyed watching the dolphin swim by in the early evening and the quietness of the neighborhood. Meghan was so helpful with answering any and call questions we had. The only flaw was that the pool was not heated. Other then that, 5 star rating and would definitely return to this location again and maybe by the next time the pool will be a bit warmer ;)

Perfect!

It is evident that the owners take great care with this home to ensure a great experience for renters! Very nice touches such as all light/wall switches being labeled and very clear detail on wifi, speakers, etc. The home was very clean, has a great layout, and has a pool and pool table with a canal side location that kept us occupied when we were there. We had a great time and appreciated the excellent communication with Megan and Ron. Thank you both!
