Boaters will love the convenience of the extended dock and boat lift, plus dedicated space on the left side of the home for trailer parking. Just bring your boat and you're ready for island adventures!

Inside, the living room offers cable TV for relaxing evenings, while all bedrooms feature streaming capabilities so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows.

Traveling with pets? This home is pet-friendly! A $150 pet fee applies for up to two pets.

Pool Heating Notice:
The pool is equipped with a residential heater; however, please note that residential pool heaters are only designed to effectively heat and maintain water temperature when outdoor temperatures are consistently above 65°F. During colder weather, especially below this threshold, the heater may run but will not be able to maintain the desired temperature. Pool temperature is also dependent on overall weather conditions, including cold fronts and wind.

Nice little fishing place

We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us! We enjoyed the dock, pool, and how close we were to all our favorite fishing spots. Very clean place with lots of amenities.

Building back strong

Great pine island house with heated pool. Had good check in and communication with property manager. There is plenty of open businesses on Sanibel and Pine island. Get down and support the rebuild with a great vacation.

Nice Property

The property was very cute but the AC unit struggled to keep up with the heat. There also was an ant problem in both bathrooms and both guest bedrooms. Overall nice stay at this cute house.

NOT "Fully Renovated from Hurricane Damage"

The house is in a pleasant location and has a nice layout. The house was functional with all new appliances and fairly comfortable except for the bedding. Substantial work has been done to repair the significant damage from the hurricane, but the work is not complete, and this is not reflected in the listing description or pictures. Nor was it communicated to us prior to our arrival. Some unrepaired damage caused us significant frustration particularly on arrival. Main property manager was very responsive, but weekend coverage (we arrived on Saturday) was dismissive.

Great little spot for boaters

Everything was great and we had pretty much all we needed. House is very clean. Pool was clean. Dock was perfect for our 28’ boat. We chose not to use the lift, but the dock was still plenty big to accommodate us. Restaurants were nearby, just one or two canals over, so we chose to take our boat instead of driving. Kids loved it. We had an amazing sunset boat ride after one of our dinners out. Just a great little trip all around!
