This beautiful home will be a welcome respite from city living. It contains private access to the incredible Chowchilla River, which usually runs all year round (check with the host to understand current status). It features crystal clear water flowing through small waterfalls, and many rock pools for you and your family to explore. Some shallow and others deep enough to jump into. It's abundant in wildlife all year round with fish, frogs, dragonflies, lizards, turtles and many many other species to behold.
The land also contains many trails to explore the huge granite features, Ponderosa Pines, Old Oaks, and beautiful Manzinitas.
