A large table with 8 chairs under a parasol and a large capacity grill king gas barbecue. <br>Below, the pool area is composed of a large heated swimming pool 10m x 5m, a pool house with a refrigerator, and a bathroom with hot water shower, sink and toilet. This space is composed of a modern kitchen fully equipped with quality equipment, a very large dining room that comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 guests, a very large living room that opens onto the terrace and a balcony overlooking the pool area. A small corridor leads you to the staircase that leads upstairs, to a toilet with sink, to a small room containing the washing machine, household accessories and a small refrigerated wine cellar for 12 bottles. This level ends with a large bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom.<br>Upstairs 3 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
