This is a well kept ranch home close to the Bill Nicholls trail for all of your snowmobile and atv fun. South Range is a historic mining town that is only 5 minutes to Houghton and about 10 minutes to MTU. There are also Lake Superior beaches within a 20 minute drive. This house has a well stocked kitchen, bath towels and bedroom linens. There is high speed internet with WiFi and Hulu for TV. The tv is a smart tv that you maybe able to log into your streaming service.

Great house! A nice back lawn, basement with foosball & other entertainment, washer & dryer. A perfect place to hang with family while moving or visiting a loved one at Michigan Tech!

Host was easy to communicate with. The property was clean. Beds were comfortable enough (you can't please everyone). Pictures of the property were accurate. Good location to use as a base camp for exploring the Keweenaw Peninsula. We would rent here again.

Nice 3 bedroom home. Very clean, including laundry in the basement. We cooked a fair amount. Kitchen nicely appointed for cooking, including decent knives! Beds were very comfortable. The location, just 5 miles South of Houghton was ideal, with groceries, Walmart, and plenty of restaurant options just minutes away. A great jumping off point for exploring the Keeweenaw peninsula. Host, John, was easy to reach with any questions.
