Gorgeous ocean front views from the 6th floor of this oversized condo overlooking the 7 miles beach. Condo comes fully brand new furniture , with washer/ dryer unit. Brand new AC/ heat system. 24 x7 elevator. No Description could beat the pics . Please check out the recent taken pics.

What I love about this home:
Fabulous ocean views, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to restaurants & town.

Winter 2023- Available starting October 08 ,2023- May 27,2024 -Requires a 5-7 month lease
• $3,000per month, utilities included are water, sewer, trash, cable, WiFi, plowing, 2 Parking spaces,Electric is not included. First month’s rent and $2,500 Security Deposit due prior to moving in.

Summer 2024- Monthly Starting from May 28, 2024 ( Memorial Day Weekend) -Labor Day
• $8,000 a Month+ $1,500 Refundable Security Deposit.

Amenities include Central Air, Cable, WiFi, outdoor pool and Two Parking spaces.

Great host, very nice stay

Ying is a very responsive and committed host. We had some issues with items we expected to be available in larger quantities (bath towels, Keurig pods, etc.) and texted her. When we returned to condo she had left a “goodie bag”. Would definitely recommend

Amazing location!

Beautiful condo, very comfortable. Amazing views with balcony overlooking the beach. Listening to the ocean every day was so relaxing. Easy walk to the pier area and quick walk to the beach. The general area was not super busy this time of year so if was really nice and quiet. Host was very helpful and responsive if we had questions. Would definitely recommend staying here, it was fabulous!! My only suggestion would be to take inventory of the kitchen when you arrive as it is missing a few things like bowls, more than 2 drinking glasses, and only had a few pieces of silverware. We went out and bought plasticware which was fine. I would also say more written information would be helpful (check out instructions, wifi).

Owner and property were great!

The location of this property is fantastic and close to the beach and pier. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. If you’re thinking of renting this condo, do yourself a favor and book it!
