Our stay at the Villa at Siesta Dunes exceeded our expectations.

The Villa was everything as shown in the listing. While it didn't have a direct ocean view, it was only a couple minutes walk to be down on the surf. All the amenities of the grounds and the Villa itself provided for a great vacation experience. Everything is updated and has a comfortable feel. Plus the Villa is nicely insulated from outside noise if you want to sleep in!

Beautiful condo, wonderful owners, perfect setting, great restaurants nearby...you couldn't ask for more!!

Property is well kept and the people are so friendly. The beautiful pool and the large deck on the gorgeous beach are perfect. Hard to leave and can't wait to go back!

The condo unit itself was incredibly clean, modern and comfortable even though it did not have a covered balcony where you could sit outside on a rainy day and sip a morning coffee. The hosts were great with communication and the grounds of Siesta Dunes were kept wonderfully clean and secured well. However, we hit terrible nonstop downpours for most of the week, which of course is no fault of the owner, but it did expose the flaws of staying at the Siesta Dunes complex compared to other properties in the area. Some other properties in the area have indoor facilities, like gyms, games rooms with pool tables, ping pong, covered porches to sip your morning coffee on but Siesta Dunes just has a community center with nothing but a coffee pot, not even vending machines. It is a total waste of space. The total lack of indoor options made a rainy week miserable overall.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

Our stay was incredible! The ownerโ€™s are fabulous and so responsive and helpful. The place is gorgeous, beautiful updates and perfect for what we needed for our family Christmas vacation! They had everything you could need. The complex was beautiful and secure, and we were so happy to have the heated pool and hot tub as well. We will definitely be back!

A relaxing and enjoyable property

Thank you Dave and April. The new updates were really nice and we all enjoyed your condo a bunch. It was all very comfortable. The grounds at the Dunes were very beautiful and so nice to have the ocean only steps away. We did several excursions and loved them all. The weather was absolutely perfect. Canโ€™t wait to come back.

We had such an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back. The condo is very well kept and everything depicted in the VRBO listing was accurate. With three teenage kids, we loved the quiet of the private beach and the relaxing nature of Siesta Dunes while being close enough to Siesta Village for when the kids wanted a bit more action at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!

This is the only place Iโ€™m ever going to the beach! Absolutely perfect facilities wonderful people and an easy walk to the beach. There was plenty of umbrellas and chairs for everyone. I love the private beach very family friendly and quiet. This will be our yearly vacation place!! Condo was stocked with everything we needed and beautifully renovated. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great place in a great location!

This condo was roomy, relaxing & well appointed. Close to pool, beach, restaurants & shopping. Nice to get to beach & pool without crossing the street. Owners were available for any questions we had. Already missing my beach bike rides & daily swims.
