Ideal place to discover the typical villages of Chianti and their cities of art. Beautiful, cosy country house "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards. Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 25.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Cook on request. 1 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km. Wir waren mit E- MTB unterwegs. Dafür war die Lage perfekt. Mit dem Auto fährt man den letzten Kilometer über Schotter. Den Sonnenaufgang kann man perfekt von der Terrasse genießen.

pěkné prostředí - výhled z apartmánu; menší místnosti pěkně a stylově upravené, apartmán velmi pěkně situovaný, naprostý klid a pohoda ( ticho, neobtěžují komáři !!! a jiná havěť); slušné celkové vybavení, dojem zkazila: ledabylá úprava bezprostředního okolí (zeleně i terasy) , stylový ale neudržovaný venk. nábytek, nedostatečná vybavenost kuchyně (poškozené a chybějící nádobí, absence rychlovarné konvice) a následná povinná taxa za závěrečný úklid (dle mého neodpovídá velikosti apartmánu)

Super location au coeur du Chianti

Très bel endroit au coeur du Chianti et de la Toscane. Super accueil avec beaucoup d'attentions (Reçu avec une bouteille de Chianti de leur production et offre de quelques cadeaux au départ). Option Repas Italien très apprécié. Idéal pour visiter la Toscane mais aussi pour se relaxer en fin de journée avec belle piscine. On a adoré !
