Poor communication

Apartment is in a great location and has everything you need. However the host either never responded at all or took days to respond after several prompts. On the day arrival it took several texts and phone calls to get directions and access to the property. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work or the bed/sette back to a settee, despite messaging the host, we got no reply, so we had no settee for the whole stay.
