Beautiful condo on the 2nd floor facing one of the 2 ponds at Mirror Lake community. Large master bedroom, one guest bedroom each with it's one full bathroom. Wood laminate floors through the whole unit. 15 minutes drive to the most beautiful beaches on the Golf of Mexico. Walking distance to IMG Academy. Enjoy a heated Pool/Spa with Cabana complete with table and chairs for relaxing in the shade,Tennis Courts, PickleBall, Shuffleboard, free Wifi. Walking distance to a nearby restaurants and grocery store.
A key combination will be provided to access the unit. Each renter will be required to fill out an application for HOA. The application will be provided via email upon your booking $125/ per person or $150/ per couple. If your rental application is not approved by HOA, you can't stay in the unit. Therefore your booking becomes invalid. All tenants must follow HOA Rules and Regulations and sign a rental agreement. $500 refundable deposit required. Tenants will receive a parking pass from the HOA office. New years rentals starts on January 2nd.
