Wonderful location right on the river. The house has everything we needed and more. Lots of space for all of us to be together and have some time to ourselves. Close to RMNP entrance plus wildlife right at the house! Responsive property management. Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful property with amazing river and wildlife views! A family of elk visited on our first day and my granddaughter was able to see the beauty of Estes as soon as we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay!
We had such an amazing time in this fabulous house! We had a large group of girls flying in from all over the US, and it was so nice to see that the house had everything we needed for our stay. Karine was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Thank you so much for having us!
Beautiful, upscale home with the sounds of the river can't be beat! So close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Space for all of us to be together or doing things separately. We had everything we needed for cooking meals and baking cookies, including pretty Christmas decorations!
Lovely large house with beautiful vaulted ceilings. Spacious bedrooms with king size beds! Multiple bathrooms which is a must! The porch was my favorite; large and overlooking the river with a well maintained hot tub. Such a wonderful place to soak up the Colorado Sun!
Our group really enjoyed our stay at the Luxury Mtn Home on Fall River! Pros:1. Spacious & Updated - This is a beautiful home!2. A lot of amenities (hot tub, deck over-looking the River, grill)3. Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, storage containers & spices.) 4. Location! 5 minute walk to Cinnamon’s Bakery (famous for their cinnamon buns), 20 - 25 minute walk to town. 5. Garage that fits 3 vehiclesCons:1. Texted the owner about a maintenance issue. Received a response that they would try to get someone out to fix the issue, but never heard back. 2. Deck is in need of repair. Wear shoes when walking around and when getting in and out of the hot tub. 3. People that are staying in homes nearby will use the driveway as a pass through (walking & driving) so be careful when backing out of the garage. 4. Construction trash in the garage (watch out for nails and screws)
The property was gorgeous, large, and perfect for our group that consisted of 4 dads and 5 early teen daughters for a daddy-daughter hiking trip. The house was clean, huge, and in an excellent location. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment. The hot tub was excellent. The wifi worked sometimes - it did drop users often.
This place was gorgeous. We decided last minute to go to Estes park for a family get away. Somehow this place was available and we really lucked out how great it was. Our group was 6 adults, a five, three and two year old And 8 month old. It accommodated us perfectly. There was enough space for all of us to sleep, play and eat comfortably. The hot tub had gorgeous views and we even got to see elk. The Main Street in town was close enough we could walk to it! We overall just really enjoyed the property and would absolutely stay there again in the future.
We loved every minute of our visit to Estes Park. This was by far the best place we have stayed in Estes. The house was perfect for us with a spacious kitchen for cooking that had every necessity and so much more. The house was clean and very comfortable with so much room to spread out. We had numerous wildlife sightings right from the deck that overlooks the Fall River. The deck was prefect for our afternoon BBQs and then using the hot-tub at night. The location is amazing and we were able to walk to downtown Estes along the path - which we highly recommend. The owners were fantastic to work with and accessible. We can’t wait to go back to Estes and book here again!!
House is beautiful and location on the Fall River was perfect. Rooms worked great for our family. Lots of space and very comfortable beds.
They are doing work on the house that affected some outlets and the exterior lights. I called the management company and they sent someone out right away. The contractor arrived, spent an hour+ looking at the electric, said it didn't work and they would be back - never saw them again.
We had already stayed in this property about 10 years ago and it was a lovely home then but dated. The new owners have updated the property and it's much nicer. We did have a few problems with the home but the owners tried to rectify the problems as soon as possible. We did not have Direct TV until the fourth day of our stay which was difficult especially with the kiddos. We also had a issue with the dryer. We discovered it was not drying after washing some of our clothes on day 4. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the location of the home. We enjoyed the poker table and the foosball table. The new hot tub was also a plus.
We were celebrating our anniversary with our daughter and her family, and we decided to splurge on this VRBO. It had everything we needed and then some. Listings can be deceiving, but this is NOT the case! It was absolutely perfection.
The location was incredible. It really is a short walk to town and a short drive to the RMNP entrance. The house itself is luxury at its core, and we were blown away by every aspect of it. We could have people talking loudly in the living room, and you wouldn't hear a thing in the upstairs bedrooms. WOW!
Elk visited us in the yard on our first night and often were grazing near the river. It was quite the welcoming party, if I do say so myself.
I can't say enough great things about this house. If you're on the fence, book it. You won't regret it!
The pros:
This was a very spacious house with nice amenities. Everyone could spread out, the kitchen was large and open, the main living room and game table was away from the sleeping rooms, the hot tub fits 6, and the sounds of the river are very enjoyable. We saw wild turkey roaming around in the mornings and the location was close enough for the adults to walk into town. There is a movie room that worked well for the kids, foosball, and game table. Many things are labeled well which was helpful, especially in the kitchen.
It wasn’t lovingly maintained like a true residence would be. Many of the issues mentioned in previous reviews were still there, like a load of wet towels in the washer. The tile floors were surprisingly dirty when I wiped up a water spill and we saw mice on the main floor at least three times. The dishwasher wasn’t secure and falls forward, smoke detectors were hanging with exposed wiring, lights don’t actually turn on or have stickers directing you not to use them. The large wrap around deck needs repair, staining and lights for safety.
The office woman seemed kind and attentive to our concerns, so hopefully these improvements and issues will be addressed before your stay!
Overall this is a good spacious option and location for a family or group that doesn’t mind having 4 beds in one room.
The property was in an excellent location. An easy walk to Estes Park. The house was excellent for us, a group of 8 women. Great spaces to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Plentiful comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The communication was excellent and timely. We had a few issues during our stay but management handled promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a wonderful visit to Estes Park and RMNP. Like others have mentioned previously, the deck is in disrepair.
