Gather in the gourmet kitchen with leathered granite counters and hickory cabinets, or relax in the great room with riverstone fireplace and wet bar. Step outside to the wraparound deck with an 8-person hot tub and enjoy wildlife, trout in the river, and spectacular views. RV garage and ample parking available. Perfect for families or intimate groups (max 10). No smoking or pets. Exterior cameras onsite. We reserve the right to cancel reservations.

This is our second year here and we love it. Great property right on the river. You’re tucked away in nature but close enough to walk into town. House is well appointed and easy to have a group stay and still everyone have their own space.

This beautiful home is in a great location for RMNP and Estes Park. The river next to the house was very relaxing. One of the best features is that you can walk to Cinnamons bakery and buy their famous cinnamon rolls! The kitchen is stocked with great appliances and I especially appreciated that they supplied us with trash bags and toiletries. The beds were not the most comfortable and they need new bedding. The porch is a nice feature but definitely needs work. Even with those things, we would stay here again.

Very nice home. Does need some updating, but overall very enjoyable. The hot tub was very enjoyable and relaxing. This house gives everyone space so you don't feel crowded. The host was very attentive to issues that came up. The kitchen was very stocked with appliances

Very spacious, relatively close to downtown and everything we wished to see while staying in Estes Park. The property was in need of a few updates, ie: some of the windows need replaced & patio doors did not lock. Some of the deck boards need replaced as well but all in all this was a very gorgeous property & I will definitely stay at this location again.

Great house, it was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the hot tub overlooking the river. Great communication with the host before and during the trip. Very close to town but still felt seclusion. Kitchen very well stocked for all our needs. Would definitely stay again!

This is our 2nd year of staying at this home for our leadership retreat. It's such a great house and location in Estes Park. We hope to stay here for many years. The bed/bath situation is perfect for our team and we really enjoy all the different spaces for breakaway meetings. Love the kitchen and hot tub!

Wonderful River Location

Beautiful property with amazing river and wildlife views! A family of elk visited on our first day and my granddaughter was able to see the beauty of Estes as soon as we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Colorado get away
