One of Folly's Best! This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath is perfect for small families or 2 couples and can accommodate 4 guests comfortably. There is off-street parking and a large yard with a patio in the back of the home. Towering palms provide shade from the South Carolina sun and make this yard a perfect spot for lazy lounging afternoons. The beach shops and restaurants are just steps away from your doorstep and the ocean is a 5 minute walk down a delightful dedicated path. Once inside you will find a full kitchen equipped for cooking a dining area and comfortable living room seating. Both bedrooms are appointed with queen beds and there is one bathroom with a shower tub combination. If clean and simple is what you are looking for then Vacation Station is the property for you! Vacation Station allows a maximum of 2 dogs, with a combined weight of up to 65lbs. (Pre-approval is required, and fees apply-please don't hesitate to contact us directly for additional information) All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Great little place

Great little house right by center street, yard is great for kids to play in. Would definitely stay here again

Fun time in Folly!

We loved the location of this cottage and the privacy. The cottage was very clean and larger than we expected. We did not have any issues during our stay. Everything was perfect for a nice and short get-a-way! Will definitely book again in the future.

Location and functionality

I travel a fair amount, and often to pretty nice hotels. The photos of this residence are perhaps a little too good; the curb appeal and quality of build and furnishings isn’t very good. There’s a beach access trail beside the house, which was great - but one night there was someone loitering in the trail which made us concerned. HOWEVER… the place was clean and well located. Beds were very comfortable. Rental office was great. In the end, we really enjoyed our stay!

The place was as expected. Felt like a beach cottage. It was very clean for the most part though a little rustic. WE enjoyed out stay. Finding the door in the dark was difficult as the picture online was of the back of the house. That is my only negative. Maybe a better description of where the door to get in is located. It is not near the driveway.
