Apartment of 60m² in triplex with private terrace of 15m², located in the center of Sète, 50 meters from the canal and the Royal Setting, close to all amenities: market, shops, bus leading to the beach.
2 kitchens, one open to the terrace. Ideal for couples, with 1 child.
Linen provided (towel and sheets) within the limit of one bed. (28 € supplement to have the 2nd bed, to be paid on site)

The apartment is triplex, served by a staircase: not suitable for people with difficulties to move, nor children under 4 years (or under the permanent supervision of their parents)
Located ten minutes walk from the TGV station.
