Nestled in a green setting, this Catalan villa offers you a peaceful and quiet setting with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

Its large terrace with its swimming pool allows you to enjoy your meals outside.
You will have a breathtaking view of the medieval village of PALALDA accessible 1 KM on foot.

This villa has:

. On the ground floor
- a large living room
- a fully equipped kitchen
- Separate toilet

. On the ground floor:
- Two bedrooms with double bed of 1.60 x 2.00. New bedding of very good quality
- a desk with a 1-seater sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed.
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and bath towels).

This villa is a 5' walk from the town centre with all shops and restaurants.

Between the sea and the mountains, you can enjoy:
many hikes in the Vallespir valley.
The charming village of CERET, with its museum of modern art is a 15-minute drive away
nearby, seaside resorts (from Argelès to Port Vendre).
And you'll also be at the gateway to Spain.
