Visit beautiful small town Pješčana Uvala - Municipality Medulin, and stay in brand new, stylish apartment SUNSET VALA with Sea view, next to the beach, on the 2nd floor. Equipped with elevator and fully accessible for disabled people in wheelchairs - flat from the entrance of the building and in the whole apartment. It has 70 square meters with a terrace, two rooms, a bathroom which contains floor heating, a living room and kitchen which are air-conditioned, and a dining table.

Sunset Vala apartment is located in the newly built building and has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction electrical stove, and no gas. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The building location is in a quiet neighbourhood, easily accessible by car, close to nice restaurants, several beach bars, children playground, new basketball, soccer and volleyball court.

Appartement neuf, bien situé

Communication facile avec le gérant, qui nous a donné toutes les informations utiles en amont de notre arrivée. Idem pour le départ. L'appartement est neuf, dans un immeuble neuf, avec vue sur la plage, qui se situe à moins de 5 minutes à pied ! Appartement bien équipé : frigo, congélateur, lave vaisselle, lave linge, et également produits de première nécessité. C'est très bien placé pour visiter l'Istrie : Pula, Porec, Rovinj, tout est à moins d'une heure de route.
