Our stay was wonderful. The host really thought of everything when it came to the stay. It really felt like home during our stay because of the thoughful touches and cleanliness. The location was also fantastic, it had majestic and calming views of the river, walking path about a mile away, and close to both Newburgh and Kingston. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. Comfortable, clean, relaxing stay.

This was a wonderful weekend getaway for my boyfriend and me! Kelly was such a great host, very responsive to questions and accommodating. The apartment was very clean, and the backyard was amazing. We did a good amount of exploring in the area, but we especially loved being at the apartment and making bonfires in the back on the lake. Thanks for an awesome stay!

This is a beautiful property. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we could need. The view was spectacular and the host made it so easy to check in and out. This property is top of the list for our next visit.
Lovely, immaculately clean place, the river was so serene as we drank coffee on the back porch each morning. The first day I saw a blue heron perched on a river rock! The place offered thoughtful amenities, like a Keurig with a filter and coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept well. We so enjoyed our stay and given that we have family nearby and it's affordable, we hope to book it again!

From the moment we walked in, we appreciated this property. It was light and spacious. We loved having the balcony and also the chairs by the river. The neighborhood was so quiet. The couch and bed were super comfy. Everything we needed was in this apartment! It was clean and modern and a wonderful retreat for a fall getaway. Would definitely return!

Thank you Donna! We are so glad you were able to sit out in the balcony and enjoy the waterfront view as well as sitting down at the water.
The apartment was beautiful. Was well stocked with everything you would need for any length stay. We were there to visit family and go to high school graduations so the location was very convenient. We enjoyed visiting local wineries and eating in local restaurants.
We had a fabulous overnight stay at Kelly's property. It was exactly what we needed- super clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Every detail was just perfect! Kelly was super gracious and accommodating. Can't wait to book again!
This is our third year staying at this property and each year we have really enjoyed our experience. The place is clean, spacious, and centrally located. Thank you for having us, we look forward to another stay!

Why they chose this property
A Neighborhood Curated for Vitality I chose this specific stretch of the Wallkill River because it offers something increasingly rare: a true "Longevity Landscape." Here, the neighborhood isn’t just a location; it’s a toolkit for restoration.
The Power of Blue & Green Spaces Our acre of waterfront sits in a unique "micro-climate" of tranquility. Science now recognizes the profound impact of "Blue Space"—the physiological shift that occurs when we are near flowing water. The Wallkill River provides a natural acoustic reset, lowering cortisol and regulating the nervous system. We chose this spot so our guests could experience "Soft Fascination," where the mind rests and focus returns simply by watching the current.
A Hub for Active Recovery We are positioned at the literal gateway to the Shawangunk Ridge. I wanted a home base where "Forest Bathing" wasn’t a commute, but a daily ritual. Within minutes, you can access world-class trails at Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park, allowing for high-intensity movement in the morning followed by deep, cellular recovery in our Infrared Sauna in the afternoon.
A Nutrient-Dense Ecosystem The neighborhood is an extension of the wellness theme. We are surrounded by the Hudson Valley’s "Black Dirt" region and premier organic orchards like Dressel and Wright’s Farms, making it effortless to source life-extending, farm-to-table fuel. In nearby New Paltz, the culture is built around health—from the cold-pressed elixirs at Green Bar and Healthy Fresh to the soul-nourishing vegetarian menus at Karma Road.
Connection & Community Whether you’re here for a wedding at Audrey’s Farmhouse or a retreat at the Omega Institute, this neighborhood fosters a sense of belonging. It is a place where you can unplug from the digital noise and reconnect with the rhythms of the seasons. We chose this neighborhood because it doesn't just offer a place to stay—it offers a better way to live.
What makes this property unique
What truly sets this Wallkill River estate apart is the setting.
Nature as Medicine: One Acre of "Blue Space" The property is a rare find in Ulster County: one full acre of sprawling waterfront. Science confirms that proximity to "Blue Space" (moving water) naturally lowers heart rates and induces a state of "soft fascination" that clears mental fog. Whether you are practicing sunrise yoga on the lawn or enjoying a sunset over the Wallkill River, the landscape acts as a natural extension of your wellness journey.
Gateway to the Shawangunk Ridge We are located just minutes from New Paltz, Mohonk Preserve, and Minnewaska State Park, you have immediate access to world-class hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and "forest bathing."
Curated for Mindfulness & Connection From the riverside firepit—perfect for "analog evenings" under the stars—to the modern, sun-drenched interior, every detail is designed to remove friction. We’ve eliminated the noise of daily life so you can focus on what matters: your health, your peace, and your people.
