This large villa set in lush greenery is ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries.
Outside: A huge summer terrace for meals and aperitifs with family and/or friends. Pizza oven, plancha, barbecue, everything is at your disposal.
A large open-air swimming pool, up to 2m40 deep, for cooling off and having fun. Trampolines and swings for the little ones. There is also a sports area with table tennis and a weight machine.
Enclosed garden.

Ground floor: WC, kitchen, living room, dining room, utility/laundry room, master suite with en-suite shower room;
1st floor: 2 bedrooms, WC, bathroom with bath, mezzanine with sleeping area (double bed).
To visit Nice (20mns by car); Monaco (20mns by car); Italy (30mns by car); Antibes (45mns by car) as well as all the charming villages around: Menton / EZE / Beaulieu

Belle ville, beau maison, super sympa famille - perfect!
We had such a wonderful time staying here. The family running it were so incredibly welcoming and lovely to hang out with, as were their gorgeous cats and dog.
The house is really fantastic with many different areas inside and outside to hang out, and with all the facilities and equipment to make for a comfortable stay.
We loved spending time in the pool, used both the barbeque and wood fired pizza oven, and went for lovely walks through the village and also in the forested trails to the south of the village.
The perfect place to relax with friends and family
Can't rate it highly enough.

Ein kleines Paradies in den Bergen
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus mit Pool ein absolutes Highlight. Die Kombination aus einer fantastischen Lage, hervorragender Ausstattung und einem traumhaften Pool macht dieses Haus zu einer perfekten Wahl für einen entspannten Urlaub. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf einen erneuten Besuch!
