Comfortable weekend getaway

Enjoyed a nice stay at Oyster Bay with relatively short notice. Unit was as advertised and in a central Rehoboth location. All features worked well with plenty of room for family of four.

Relaxed Beach Vacation

Property is as described! In a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Right next to the pool so it was easy for my teens to come and go. Pleanty of room and storage. We had a great time and plan to return!

Family friendly , quiet neighborhood

Very nice community with mix of owners and renters. Clean and quiet.Only suggestion is for curtains in bedrooms. Very sunny mornings and three bedrooms had no curtains, only blinds making it very difficult to sleep past 6 AM.

Fowlet Vacatiom

Everything was great, only complaint would be no grill as described in property info and issues with clothes dryer had issues.

Experience

No AC all weekend despite multiple attempts by managing company to fix it. They were responsive and helpful but we had the entire weekend without AC

Unfortunately the company that had the service contract on the system was 100% bumbling fools. After 5 visits to repair the system and an electrician visit (which cost the owner $1000s of dollars) We called in another company who determined that the whole issue was from a clogged drain line (a $179 repair) and we have not had an issue since. Needless to say - we will not be using that supposedly reputable big name HVAC company again!

Great location!

Overall, the house was wonderful and we were very, very comfortable. There are a few things that you could look at: the channel changer in the living room, doesn’t appear to work very well and can be very frustrating. The locks on the front door I think have been affected by the weather and possibly you should think about changing them. They’re very hard to use and the key gets stuck in the lock. Other than those two very small things, the house was in perfect condition and was very comfortable. Thank you! Mary Ann.

Great stay, the space was huge and rooms were clean. The host was great at communicating and the location was fantastic. This was a great space, The only problems were the showers had issues draining and water would rise. And when we first entered the property, trash from previous guests were not taken out and it made the kitchen smell.

House was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for our group and the pool is right next to the house making it very convenient. Furniture in living room is very comfy! Had a small problem with ants, but Joesph (realtor) came to the house and issue was resolved quickly. Would recommend better directions to the house. GPS took us to the back gate which is locked. Definitely recommend this house!
