Unit #35- A beautiful & pet friendly rental! This two story, 4 bedroom town home is spacious, well maintained and beautifully furnished with comfort in mind. Walking into the unit you will find beautiful hardwood floors from the entry door through the unit to the open and spacious living, kitchen and dining area. There is a dining table with plenty of seating and additional seating at the bar. The updated kitchen will prove to be a pleasure making a quick meal or a full family dinner. The unit also has an enclosed porch located off of the living room, a perfect space to enjoy the summer breeze. There is a first floor bedroom with a full bathroom, the bathroom can also be accessed from the main hallway. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower in the master bath. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. Don't forget your four legged friend! This home is dog friendly with a $250 pet fee per pet. Tenants are responsible for the $150 cleaning fee.

Guaranteed off street parking for 2 cars per unit and additional overflow parking that is first come first serve. You are sure to enjoy the community pool and bonus- the unit is located directly beside the community pool.
The community is a mere1.5 miles to the beach, easy drive (less than 10 minutes, even in peak Rehoboth traffic) or bike ride.

This home is perfect for escaping the crowds of downtown, nearby dining includes Arena's and Big Fish Grille as well as the Fractured Prune gourmet donut shop and the Point coffee shop all within walking distance. Guests are also a short bike ride away from Jungle Jims, which is a fantastic alternative to the beach.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $190.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

Enjoyed a nice stay at Oyster Bay with relatively short notice. Unit was as advertised and in a central Rehoboth location. All features worked well with plenty of room for family of four.

Very nice community with mix of owners and renters. Clean and quiet.Only suggestion is for curtains in bedrooms. Very sunny mornings and three bedrooms had no curtains, only blinds making it very difficult to sleep past 6 AM.

Property is as described! In a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Right next to the pool so it was easy for my teens to come and go. Pleanty of room and storage. We had a great time and plan to return!

Unfortunately the company that had the service contract on the system was 100% bumbling fools. After 5 visits to repair the system and an electrician visit (which cost the owner $1000s of dollars) We called in another company who determined that the whole issue was from a clogged drain line (a $179 repair) and we have not had an issue since. Needless to say - we will not be using that supposedly reputable big name HVAC company again!

Great location!

Overall, the house was wonderful and we were very, very comfortable. There are a few things that you could look at: the channel changer in the living room, doesn’t appear to work very well and can be very frustrating. The locks on the front door I think have been affected by the weather and possibly you should think about changing them. They’re very hard to use and the key gets stuck in the lock. Other than those two very small things, the house was in perfect condition and was very comfortable. Thank you! Mary Ann.
