Spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath

Sea Colony! A premier beach resort at the Delaware Seashore. Short distance to the boardwalk and town of Bethany. Newly remodeled one level cottage with all new appliances including washer & dryer, 70' smart TV, 2 full baths, and outdoor shower. Bright & clean with an open floor plan that flows into a large private deck. Easy walking distance to Sea Colony private beach and pools. This beautifully decorated luxury rental has everything you need!

Pillows and bedspreads are provided. Linens and towels are not provided at this time.
The bed sizes are two queen beds and one set of bunk beds in twin.

There are two parking spots with this unit which require parking passes. Sea Colony offers guests over age 4 to purchase a recreation badge and a parking pass (per vehicle) when they check in. The recreation badge allows access to the private beach, all pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and other amenities in the community. If a person does not have a valid badge they will not be granted access to the amenities.

Parked cars must display a parking pass!!

Please wash off sand in the outside shower before entering and don’t leave wet towels or suits on the floor or hung on the outside fence or railings, per community policy. No smoking or pets. Please respect the relaxed and quiet nature of this property. Observe Quiet Hours 10pm to 8am. No shoes in the house. Please only flush toilet paper. Please observe Sea colony rules and regulations which can be found at the Sea Colony website.
Shut off lights, close windows and turn the AC up to 78 when you vacate the property.

Great spring break getaway!

Great Bungalow

Small cottage was perfect for our family of 4. Close enough to the beach to walk or bike if you have older kids - would be tough for little kids, but shuttle service is easy. Sea Colony is a great place for a family get away.

Excellent Location

Jim's Condo is located a short walk to all of the benefits Sea Colony has to offer such as the pickle ball courts, tennis courts, fitness center and pools. It is also a short walk or tram ride to the Sea Colony Marketplace and Beach.

Lovely, updates place with everything you need

This property is updated, bright, and very clean. It has everything you need at hand. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had two young kids with us and the second bedroom worked great for them. .

Outstanding!

We had a fabulous stay in the condo at Sea Colony Resort. My family of four were very comfortable and enjoyed the many resort amenities! The decor and furnishings were very comforting and it was stocked with some necessities which was so helpful. We quickly fell in love with Bethany Beach and wished our stay was longer! Jim, the condo owner, was amazing to rent from!

Pickler’s Delight

Very cute and had all your amenities. Great host who is very responsive. Great location if you like pickleball and tennis. You can walk and get to the courts in 5 minutes.

PERFECT FOR A FEW DAYS

Great location close to activity courts. Very spacious and updated villa with just enough amenities. Kids would have liked a TV in there room but other than that it was a wonderful time. Comfortable beds and newer furniture is usually overlooked in most properties but not this one. Jim is also and ultra responsive owner.

Better than advertised

The listing looks good but the place is far more spacious than I was expecting. Two large bedrooms? A nice size living/dining/kitchen area and a large deck make for a good amount of room. The couch is so comfy- something you don’t often find in rentals- and the TV set up is perfect after a long day at the beach. Sea Colony itself offers great amenities and is well worth the daily/weekly activity fees. We specifically loved the private section of beach, the playgrounds, the lake, and the tram. (Though the desk folks who help get you credentials were a little less polite than I would have liked.) Jim could not have been more hospitable as an owner. Always available to answer questions and made us feel right at home. We would book this place again and again.

A wonderful beach stay!

We have been going to Sea Colony for over 30 years and this was the nicest place of all our stays. The condo was immaculate and well stocked with amenities such as: Keurig pods, spices and cleaning supplies. We especially loved the coffee pot which brewed coffee, but also used the pods. We really liked the Roku and cable options. The stay was great!

Great Weekend Getaway

The unit was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location is great for tennis and pickleball and not a bad walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
