Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon checkout: Text Kathryn at 501-276-7550 with property address and time of departure. Leave used beds unmade and do not remove used linens. Place all used towels into guest bathroom tub.
Place all remotes back in their places. Hand wash pots and pans.
Take trash to trash cans in bags. Trash is located in small building across the parking lot from the front door

The view is beautiful of the lake, bridge, watching boats... clean atmosphere, inside and outside. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Very nice condo

This condo is very nice. It’s in a nice, quiet, small community. Easy in, easy out. Liquor store across the street and Oaklawn Race Track is a 15 min drive. We will definitely stay here again. Great view of Lake Hamilton.

I always enjoy Hot Springs! I loved the location of the condo, the view of Lake Hamilton, and the amenities in the condo. The owner was easy to contact and understanding when I asked for an extension.

After we checked out they did an insurance claim for a broken stove knob that were previously broken before we got there! Lesson learned………. I should’ve reported it when we got there but I’m amazed they put the blame off on us! If you stay here report everything or they going to blame you for it!

I liked that it was gated and safe. It was an easy 15 min commute to wedding venue at “The Barn at Lost Creek”. I felt very fortunate with this choice after hearing the nightmarish stories from many friends who stayed the same weekend at various rentals downtown. (Not all descriptions in other listings are truthful, apparently.) This rental was very nice, clean, furnished beautifully, accurately described, and a safe choice.

A Beautiful & Spacious Condo

Check in was great. Communication was great. We stayed at this beautiful condo for my husband birthday get away. I love the fact that it was stores bars, and places to eat right across from the condo.. A+😊 I felt like I was at home warm, comfortable, and well decorated. We fished off the dock and caught 5 breams. The view from balcony was amazing. The overall view of the outside was very neat and most importantly no steps. 🤣We will be staying again. One small kink the directions took us to the back of the condos and we came from Hamburg. I would say just turn in where you see the John Gibson sign.

Very clean and private!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view to the lake is beautiful - watch the sun rise right from the balcony! The condo has everything you could need, with plenty of dishes, towels, and supplies like dishwasher detergent that other places tend to skimp on. The condo was exceptionally clean and the whole complex is very quiet. It's a great home base for exploring the Hot Springs area. Only thing that would be nice to have is a grill, but not a dealbreaker. The fire stick is a nice touch, we enjoyed having it but couldn't figure out how to get local channels. Overall, a very nice place to stay! Jess was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
