Due to the CC&R's for the Arizona Biltmore Hotel Condominium Association we are only allowed to rent for a period of 30 days or longer. Please contact me if you wish to discuss.
There is NO Smoking of anything, NO Vapor, Cigarettes, Cigars, Marijuana, etc., allowed in the home or on the decks or front patio. You may NOT smoke in the home. If this rule is violated there will be a $500 fine and an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of removing the smell.
There are NO parties allowed. If you have a party there will be a $500 fine.
No Pets are allowed.
