Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 700 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 200 m, diving center 3 km. Sports harbour 3 km, sailing school 3 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: espace balnéoludique Gruissan 6 km, réserve africaine de Sigean 34 km, Cité de Carcassonne 75 km.
3-room terraced house 47 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower, sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Gallery with 1 double sofabed. Terrace, east facing position, small patio 40 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI. 112620210835

Logement très agréable

Logement très agréable. Bien situé (5min de la plage à pied / 15min du centre ville à pied). Plutôt bien équipé pour un logement de vacances et terrasse bien clôturée (très bien avec un chien).

Bonne location

J'y suis allée avec mes amies et vraiment c'était très bien. Près de la plage, un voisinage plutôt souriant. Ensuite cela dépend du voisinage, car nous avions eu un voisin avec un chien plutôt agressif qui nous aboyé dessus et nous a coursé. Mais sinon l'appartement était cool, il faudrait juste faire de meilleur photo intérieur pour donner un peu plus envie.
