The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 35 m² flat in Paris which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. - A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bath and WC
The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Sights: the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, Ile de la Cité, the Marais, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre...
- Sporting activities: A wide range of parks and activities are available, including cycling, boat trips, indoor climbing walls, walks along the green corridor (Viaduc des arts)...
- Cultural visits: the Louvre, the Opéra Garnier, the Musée d'Orsay, the Musée des Arts Forains (by appointment) and Bercy Village in Bercy, the New Morning concert hall, etc.
- Gastronomic heritage: numerous restaurants, tearooms, bakeries, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the accommodation: In the street or 2 car parks are available at each end of the street (paid parking: around €35/day).
