The house, the host and the management crew were terrific. There were two small issues when we arrived that they responded to and fixed immediately. We were there a week and had a wonderful time.

Property was very nice. Good location for us, the kids loved the pool. They were very excited s out game room but was too hot to stay in there. There was one ceiling fan but really didn’t work.

We just returned home from a 3 week stay. The property was wonderful. It had everything we needed and more. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It felt like being in our own home, just in a much warmer climate . We love this area. The house is located in an extremely safe neighborhood. We have all been out for walks at all times of the day and not felt nervous. It is far enough from the parks to not be in the busy traffic yet close enough (20-30 minutes) to the parks that we can get there if we decide to go. The property management was quick to respond to our questions. There was an issue with the pool filter and it was fixed in a matter of hours. We were still able to use the pool while we waited for them to get the part needed so it was all good. I have already booked again for next year.
Relaxing in the pool was perfect. Most of the pool was in direct sunlight the majority of the day.

Honey vibes and vacation feels

Location is perfect grocery stores are close by as well as restaurants. House was clean and everything worked properly. The pool was heated for a few and came with floats and a pump. Complimentary grill was a plus we didn't get to use it. Linens were new and lots of throws available. Game room was clean but it was kind of hot in the garage/game room. The kitchen has everything we could think of and made it easy to cook Dinner. Host was extremely responsive. We were without water for a hour at no fault of the host but the host quickly called the water company and got it sorted. We vacation in Florida a lot and definitely recommend this property. So comfortable and clean and just felt like home away from home! Thanks Zoe. We thoroughly enjoyed our annual Baskin vacation. We will return!!
