Alles in allem war es gut. Vermieterin lebt in der oberen Wohnung. Spricht nur kroatisch und italienisch. Verständigung mit händen, füßen und ein paar brocken englisch.Pkw stellplatz sehr eng. Man muss ordentlich kurbeln um reinzukommen. Nicht kleinbus geeignet.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt von Medulin. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Ausstattung war gut und gepflegt, die Wohnung wurde direkt nach unserer Ankunft durch die Vermieterin übergeben. Klimaanlage(n) sind vorhanden. Der Garten ist geräumig, es gibt zu jeder Tageszeit schattige Sitzplätze. Ca. 10 Min. Fußweg zum Meer. Wir haben einen schönen, unbeschwerten Kurzurlaub verbracht. Fazit: Nicht billig aber gut.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die oben drüber wohnt. Alles in allem ist dieses Objekt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden es gerne wieder mieten.

Super Lage! Top Unterkunft!

Wir sind als Familie angereist und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus und in Medulin verbracht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses war super. Restaurants unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft. Zur Flaniermeile ca 6 min und zum Badestrand ca 10 min zu Fuß….Alles in Allem top!

Hat für uns gut gepasst!

Es war alles reichlich vorhanden (Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, zwei Fernseher, drei Klimageräte (in den Schlafzimmern und Küche)). Tolle schattige Terrasse, zusätzlich eine Außenküche im Garten mit Grill und Spüle. Fliegengitter an allen Fenster! Vermieterin ist eine ältere Frau die mit im Haus wohnt. Kommunikation war auf deutsch und englisch nicht ganz einfach, aber ausreichend! Es gab diesbezüglich keinerlei Probleme. Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz modern eingerichtet, wir haben damit aber kein Problem.
