You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 3 tables, 14 chairs and parasol. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 2 cots. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchen 8 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (140 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 10 sqm, not heatable and with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, window and washing machine. Separate toilet 2 sqm, not heatable and with WC and window.
Upper floor: Living room as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with lounge. 2 bedrooms each 10 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Cooking nook with dinette, refrigerator (140 l, freezer) and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Siófok, 124 mASL. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
