Nice small house with garden and breath-taking view over the Versilia Coast

This lovely home for 5 people is located on the Versilia hills, just a few minutes from Monteggiori, a charming little medieval hamlet, and from the seaside.
The holiday home is located in a quiet position, and is surrounded by a wonderful garden, luxuriant in fruit plants, and above all with a breathtaking view over the coast and the sea. The Versilia beaches are at just 6.5 km of distance.
The house preserves the original country architecture, with terracotta tile flooring and wooden beam ceilings. The entrance, originally located on the front side and reachable through stairs, is now on the back side of the house and leads to the large kitchen with fire place, just for decoration, (oven, fridge freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine), Tv. From here you reach a double bedroom with a splendid view over the coast, and a staircase which leads to the upper floor, where there are two single beds and a single sofa bed. Bathroom with small bath/shower. Ca. 65sqm. Mosquito nets, barbecue. Wi Fi.
Nearest villages are Monteggiori (1.7km), and Capezzano Pianore (2km) where you can find shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy. The beautiful town of Pietrasanta, seat of various art laboratories, is only 5 km away.
Viareggio 12km, Pisa and Lucca ca 30km.

Wir lieben es einfach, original, ländlich, ortstypisch, viel Platz, einen Ort, an dem man schön draussen sitzen kann, Aussicht. Wer das mag, ist hier richtig. Elisabetta war zuvorkommend und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Stellte ein weiteres Bett zur Verfügung.

Rustikale Unterkunft mit schönem Fernblick auf Meer

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit mit sehr freundlichem Empfang und Überraschungskorb auf dem Tisch. Die in der ruhigen Natur liegende rustikale Unterkunft war sehr sauber und kpl. ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt über eine kleine Straße war ein Erlebnis. Im nächstgelegen Ort gab es alles was benötigt wurde.

Urlaub im Rustica

Es war ein schöner,Urlaub in der Toscana unterhalb von St.Lucia in den Hügeln mit Ausicht aufs Meer. Die Wohnküche war gut ausgestattet mit großem Kühlschrank ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien.Der Gasherd war megga. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet ,die Betten sind bequem und die Fenster mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet.Es gibt einen Lüfter am besten von zu Hause einen Standlüfter mitbringen, im August ist es sehr warm, hatten immer über 34 Grad. Um das Haus herum ist genügend Platz um sich auszuruhen, es gibt 2 Liegestühle (1 davon müsste repariert werden :))einen Tisch und genügend Stühle und noch eine neue Liege. Was besonders schön war, ist das große Brunnenbecken unterhalb des Hauses,das mit frischen kalten Quellwasser gespeist wird. Ideal um Abkühlung zu suchen. Das einzige was ich nicht so prickelnd fand war das Bad, da müsste man mal ein wenig investieren. Aber die schöne ruhige Lage auf dem eingezäunten Anwesen entschädigt dafür. Wer die Tiere beobachten will - ein Hotspot unterhalb des Hauses- extra eingezäunt ,haben sich Dachse, Stachelschweine, Wildschweine und Rehe sich gütlich getan an Hasel-u.Walnüssen, die am Boden von den Tieren eingesammelt wurden .Also wenn es hinterm Haus knackt dann sind sie da. Meine Familie und ich haben den Urlaub genossen, von daher sehr zu empfehlen.

Kleines Rustico im Paradies

Traumhaft gelegenes ehemaliges Bauernhaus, geschmackvoll renoviert. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind traumhaft, die Küche groß aber etwas dunkel, das Bad sehr einfach. Der Blick runter auf Viareggio und das Meer sind großartig, besonders vom Sitzplatz vor dem Haus aus. Am Haus gehen ein paar sehr schöne Wanderwege vorbei, z.B. nach Santa Lucia oder Monteggiori. Das Haus liegt weit weg von anderen Häusern, zu hören sind nur Vögel, gelegentliches Glockenschlagen vom Berg oberhalb und Sirenen von Krankenwagen in weiter Ferne. Die Zufahrt auf den letzten fünfhundert Metern ist schmal, zum Glück hatten wir nie Gegenverkehr. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert, der Empfang herzlich. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit viel Erholung liegt hinter uns, wir sagen DANKE!

Rustique et sympathique

Compte tenu de la chaleur exceptionnelle en ce mois de juin, nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur de la maison rustique. Les petites fenêtres, toutes pourvues de moustiquaires, se ferment à l'ancienne avec une planche en bois. Le sol de cette ancienne ferme, pavé de briques garde son authenticité. Tous les matins et tous les soirs, nous avons pu profité de la superbe vue, grâce à une jolie terrasse. Elisabetta nous a reçu simplement et nous a généreusement offert des produits de la Toscane. Très belle expérience.

Verschlungen und versteckt im Hinterland. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um einen schönen Familienurlaub zu verbringen. Anfahrt letztes Stück etwas beschwerlich. Dafür wirklich idyllisch.

Eine Woche Urlaub im Juni

Wir hatten eine wunderbar ruhige und erholsame Woche in diesem schönen Rustico. Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt, fernab vom Trubel am Strand, der ist hier genau richtig! Alles war sehr sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden und draußen kann man in den Liegestühlen die herrliche Aussicht genießen. Das Bad ist sehr sauber, nur die Sitzbadewanne ist gewöhnungsbedürfig und etwas schwierig, wenn man stehend duschen möchte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ! Vielen Dank :-)

Nettes kleines Häuschen in ruhiger Panoramalage

Elisabetta hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und technisch (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und großer Herd )in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig mit schönem Garten und einem herrlichen Ausblick über die Versilia. Kommen gerne wieder.

Rustico mit Ausblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Rustico ist behutsam in Stand gehalten worden, man sieht noch die alte Baustruktur. Wir haben uns in Corona Zeiten dort schön zurück ziehen können. Gerne haben wir im Schachten unterm Baum gesessen und den Ausblick genossen.

Herbstferien an der Sonne

Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien in dem bezaubernden kleinen, einfachen Häuschen verbracht. Elisabetta, die liebenswürdige Vermieterin, war bei unserer Ankunft mit Proviant für den ersten Abend vor Ort und hat uns alles erklärt. Nach diversen Tagesausflügen haben wir es genossen, zurück in die Abgeschiedenheit des Häuschens zu kehren.

Absolute Ruhe mit grandiosem Ausblick auf das Meer

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett (viele Grüße und vielen Dank an Elisabetta!). Die Lage ist strategisch günstig, um all die schönen Orte der Gegend zu erreichen. Tiere können beobachtet werden (Wildschweine, Stachelschweine, Fasane usw.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und haben zum Teil auch am Sonntag geöffnet. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

sehr "rustiko"

sehr schön gelegen, jedoch in der Innenausstattung teilweise zu sehr "rustiko", da einerseits beim oberen Schlafzimmer eine Tür fehlt und beim unteren Schlafzimmer die Tür an eine Stalltür mit Riegel erinnert. Die Küchenausstattung etc. ist soweit okay. W-Lan musste alle drei Tage erneuert werden Der Parkplatz beim Haus ist nur etwas für kleinere Fahrzeuge. Dennoch haben wir uns trotz anfänglicher Hitze gut erholt.

Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr kooperativ und der Empfang durch Elisabetta unkompliziert und sehr nett. Besonders haben wir den Sitzplatz vor dem Haus mit Blick aufs Meer genossen und die absolute Ruhe sowie die herrliche Landschaft. Wir können das Haus und den Ferienplatz wirklich empfehlen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Haus in sehr schöner Lage

Das kleine Haus befindet sich fast am Ende einer kleinen und für die Toskana scheinbar typischen engen Straße, an die man sich aber schnell gewöhnt, in hügeliger Lage inmitten von Olivenhainen. Das Grundstück ist terrassenförmig angelegt. Spielwiese für die Kinder und Sitzplatz mit toller Aussicht über Camaiore bis zum Meer, die wir jeden Abend genossen haben. Das Haus wurde liebevoll renoviert und eingerichteten und bietet alles was man benötigt. Wir wurden mit einer Notration toskanischer Spezialitäten begrüßt um nicht hungern zu müssen, was wir als sehr freundlichen empfanden. Das Bad verfügt über eine kleine sitzbadewanne, die es aber ermöglicht ok zu duschen, einen Wellness- Bereich sollte man nicht erwarten, ist ja ein rustico. Der Strand ist in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und typisch italienisch, die Kinder (4 und 6) konnten toll spielen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen zweiwöchigen Urlaub Familie L. aus Freiburg

Sehr schön gelegenes toskanisches Haus

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen mit tollem Ausblick. Das Haus wird gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Elisabetta ist eine sehr liebe Vermieterin. Die ca 2 km lange Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus ist sehr schmal.

Vacances au calme

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Elisabetta, la maison correspond parfaitement à la description. C'est un endroit calme au bout d'une petite route, situé sur les hauteurs de Viareggio. Endroit qui permet de visiter les cinq terres, Lucques, Florence, Pise... et aussi de profiter de la mer et de ville qui sont à quelques kilomètres . Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Ruhe pur

Eine Woche voller Vogelgezwitscher inmitten von Olivenhainen - fernab von Verkehr und Strandrummel- ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto ist man trotzdem schnell am Meer. Wir haben uns in dem wirklich rustikalen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt, da alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Herrlicher Ausblick, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, himmlische Ruhe und sehr nette Vermieter.

Wir haben 14 Tage hier verbracht, es hätten gerne mehr sein können. Neben den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem gut erreichbaren Strand, waren auch die Tage die wir in absoluter Ruhe am Haus selbst verbracht haben sehr schön. Die Kinder hatten jede Menge Platz und Spaß und die eigene Quelle ist eine besondere Erfrischung. Zum Strand in ca. 10 Min mit dem Auto, gleicher Weg zum Supermarkt. Absolut unkomplizierte , sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
