The main open living area is a great place to gather to watch TV or the Gulf! At the front of the unit, a king bedroom includes a TV and quick access to the hallway full bathroom. Walk right out the back of the building to have your feet in the sand in just seconds.

Mistral:
Enjoy easy access to the beautiful beach walkover with a stay at Mistral. Put your toes in the sand in just minutes. The quiet beach area offers families a special vacation getaway, yet it's close to great shopping and restaurants. The complex is located between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach allowing for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic Highway 30A is conveniently located in front of the building.

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald waters indigenous to the area. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The location is perfect but you will need access to a car if you want to explore all the local things.You will need to provide your own beach needs-towels, chairs, floaties, etc.. We had no needs but when we contacted management with general questions they were VERY responsive.Property was clean, is your typical middle of the road vacation rental. Location was quiet and very enjoyable.We were never able to contact the free ticket vednor so that never worked out for us.

Some feedback: the Wi-Fi did not work well at all especially in the evenings before bed which is typically when I would use it. The condo was clean except the outside bottom of the refrigerator door was splattered with something really bad. This condo in particular seemed a little dated (the shower for example and maybe the tile, just a “feel”.

The kitchen countertops were white and stained very easily leaving a glass and coffee cup ring everywhere. They must bleach them to keep clean because we could not clean up with a sponge and soap. We would have like the option of movies on demand on the TV.

Had issues with our ability to travel. Understood the cancellation policy, but the management company was rude and insensitive. They took all the money and fees.

Not much to welcome us back(we've stayed here several times over years) Very sparse on certain, needed kitchen items, (some things like can opener missing etc.) Also condo could use some upgrades — with a little TLC for both guests and unit this would be a GREAT place to stay, but alas for the $$$$ cost we will probably find other beaches, places to stay next year.

There is a full kitchen with a table and chairs. The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. The only thing I would say is that the sliding glass door wouldn’t lock. The bunk beds are only foam mattresses and weren’t very comfortable. Lastly, the key pad lock on the door may have been running out of batteries because it was a little wonky. Overall, I would recommend this condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the condo, as well as being right on the beach, and having the deck to sit on. The unit was definitely dated, but everything seemed to work fine. We did have some trouble with the door keypad, and had to enter the code several times to get it to open most days! they had everything we needed, except we were only given one roll of toilet paper. Hopefully that was a mistake.....We needed hangers, and they were dropped off by the company promptly. I would stay at this complex again, but probably not at this unit.

Reviewer Comments: We'd had hoped for a bit more stocked kitchen for our cooking purposes. We were also mislead about the beach chair rental service. We were led to believe, with the use of the credit from Vacayzen, that they were the only service and our only option for beach chairs and umbrella's were the backpack style that we'd transport to and from the beach. They also could not guarantee the chairs before 6pm on the first full day of our paid rental to use therefore I had to pay an extra day charge for the delivery to be the evening before we arrived. The early evening before our departure, Vacayzen came by our condo to pick up the chairs but we were still using them down at the beach- the last full day that I had paid to have the chairs. FYI, there is another beach chair service who were setting up on the private section associated with Mistral. Matthew was so kind and I will using that service for our future stays. Other than this, we had a great vacation.

It can be described like Instagram vs Reality if you get that reference. In all the years we have come to 30A this is the first time I have felt disappointed and deceived. The unit is very dated and in need of a refresh especially at this price point. The tile floor looks incredibly dirty and the counter tops in the kitchen are badly stained. Shower shoes are a must! The bathroom needs a very deep cleaning. The overhead vent was full of dust and dirt and was absolutely disgusting. Dirty dishes in the dish washer and a cleaning of the counter top made me question if the unit had even been cleaned prior to our arrival.The patio furniture is cheap plastic and the chair broke while I was napping in it. I called to let the rental company know and they didn't even ask if I was okay! We appreciated the credit with Vacazen however, a credit with the company that serviced our beach would have been greatly appreciated. It seemed like we were the only unit that didn't have chair service included with that vendor. We have booked several times with Benchmark but this will be our last as it was not an overall great experience and I feel deceived by the pictures vs the reality of the unit.

Great place and location

We loved the location and views, and had a great stay. Only thing, is that if you check out online, make sure you leave then. Did the early check out and put the time we were leaving in. Housekeeping came in before check out time without knocking. Maybe do online check out as you’re leaving. Other than that, great place to stay.
