Prime location for this 1 bedroom apartment full of charm in the heart of the ol

This one bedroom apartment of 50 m2 is on the first floor of an historique buiding, overlooking the Cours Masséna and close to the provençal covered market. The situation is ideal as it's in the very heart of the old town, close to all amenities including the beaches, the Picasso museam, the remparts....The apartment itself is well equiped with airconditioning, double glazing, wifi, etc and occupies both sides of the building making it light and airy. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people as there is a very comfortable pull out sofa in the lounge.
We provide a set of bed linen per bed as well as bathroom towels and dishcloths.

Fabulous place!!

We simply loved our week in Antibes at Gillian’s lovely apartment. It was so comfortable and well equipped, and the central Location made becoming a ‘local’ quite easy. We loved having the market nearby for fresh food and the bar downstairs was a blast. Nearby parking also made it easy to have a car for exploring. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful apartment, ideal location

This was my second stay in Gillian’s Antibes apartment, and it was just as lovely as the first! Location is perfect, overlooking the market which was open six days per week (seven days in summer, I believe). The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and with heat and AC. I hope to come back here in the future!

Fabulous location and amenities

Our week at Gillian’s was perfect. The size of the apartment and amenities within were spot on. The location is amazing, being able to have breakfast sitting at the Juliet balcony allowed you to enjoy the buzz of the market and cafes below without leaving the apartment, but with the windows closed there was very little noise within. Thank you Gillian, we hope to return again in the future.

Very nice appartment in perfect location

Thank you Gillian and Daniel for our stay in your appartment :-)! Perfect location right next to the market giving the perfect atmosphere for a family vacation in Old Town Antibes. Spacious for our family of 3, with one 7 year old boy. Clean and well equipped. Close to the nice and kids friendly beach Gravette. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Thank you for all the hospltality ! We would love to come back.

Old Antibes

This apartment has a fantastic location and is is right by market. The apartment itself is a little tiered. With only a bathtub and a hand shower. Also be aware that there is no lift and the apartment is on the second floor. It would have been nice to have had English tv or Netflix.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Très confortable—this apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Having a shower as well as bathtub (it is full-size) is a plus. Beautiful view from the front window, and the apartment is very quiet despite being in a lively location above the Marché Provençal. Convenient to all the cafés, restaurants, and shops of Vieil Antibes. Gillian is a very gracious and responsive host with clear communication at all times. Highly recommend!

Excellent location if you like to be at the centre of things

Excellent Old Town location, with plenty of atmosphere. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. There are plenty of restaurants close by, but I enjoy cooking, and the apartment sufficiently well equiped to facilitate my hobby, when we felt like eating at home. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks, so switching between local restaurants and eating out made it feel more like home. The dishwasher and washing machine made a long stay very easy. Parking close to the apartment is a problem but Q-Parks offer affordable rates for multi-entry longer stays. The Picasso museum is in across the road from the apartment and the port and fort are also close. There are plenty of public transport options from Antibes,to local places of interest andbthe trains to Cannes and Nice take less than fifteen minutes.

Location location location

This apartment is the best! It is exactly as pictured and in a perfect location. The marché is literally right next to the apartment, as are the ramparts along the sea (up a set of stairs across the street). Despite being where all the action is, the apartment is perfectly quiet if you want it to be. If you want to hear the ambient chatter of folks enjoying a sunny meal down below, just open your window and voila. If not, you hear virtually nothing with the windows closed. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment and overlooks a tiny ruelle that is rarely used by pedestrians or bikes, so a quiet night's sleep is pretty well guaranteed. The bed, the bedding, the towels - they are all of great quality and plentiful. Oh, and the best thing? Gillian is an amiable and accommodating host who is both reachable and responsive. I highly recommend.

What great apartment located right in the heart of old Town Antibes. The market in the morning is just steps from the entrance. Shopping, beach and restaurants are all right there! Best location in Antibes! The apartment had everything and lots of space to.spread.out. Fantastic place to stay!

A lovely Spring Rest

This apartment is in a lovely position right in the centre of old town Antipes. 100m from the Picasso museum, 200m from the marina and 20 metres from the fresh food market. The accommodation is full of old town charm with a modern decorative feel. All modern white goods and large tv are fitted and the bed is comfortable but the bathroom is a little small but adequate for a weeks stay though. We spent the four days we were in Antipes within 500 m of the apartments loads to do and numerous restaurants from the small to the Michelin starred. We will definitely return. Enjoy your stay you will not regret it.

Un appartement confortable en plein coeur du Vieil Antibes

Cet appartement est très agréable à vivre et merveilleusement situé. Agréable car il dispose de tous les éléments de confort et est décoré et équipé avec beaucoup de goût. Il est spatiaux, bien agencé. Tout y fonctionne bien. La chambre, à l'arrière, est tout à fait au calme. Très bien situé, car au coeur du vieil Antibes. On ne saurait faire mieux, puisque la fenêtre du séjour donne sur le Marché Provençal. Et à 50 m, on peut visiter le Musée Picasso et de promener sur les remparts. Tout autour les rues charmantes de la vieille ville avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques originales. Et finalement, on peut garer sa voiture à 5 mn à pied, tout en payant une somme très raisonnable, si l'on choisit le forfait.

charming apartment

I spent a month here at Gillian's charming apartment. Everything was as promised and more. The apartment is larger than appears on the photos. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to make dinner including a nice selection of dishes and serving pieces. The market is visible from the window and the view out is beautiful old Antibes. The location can get a little noisy but the windows eliminate most of the noise. The bedroom is above the trash containers in back and the pickup can be loud in the middle of the night but the windows dull that considerably. I spent a month there and didn't need either air conditioning or heat but the apartment has both. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I loved my month in Antibes.

Top of the line!

If you are looking for a wonderful, carefree holiday in Antibes you should rent this charming apartment. Everything is 'top of the line,' from the furniture to the bedding, kitchen appliances, both large and small and anything you could possibly need for cooking. The owner, Gillian, is lovely and is there to assist you if needed. However, you are left in privacy to enjoy her large, bright, airy and amazingly quiet apartment situated in a super location just steps from the Provencal market. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Do not be afraid that it will be noisy near the market, if you want to hear the sounds then open the windows. If not, close them and you will be pleased with how soundproof it is - you won't hear a thing. My favourite restaurant, La Civette, is just down the street and has delicious omelettes and French fries. There are several bakeries right in the one little area. Everything is in walking distance ,including the bus and train stations, for easy travel around the region. I highly recommend renting this delightful apartment!

C'est sûr ,je reviendrai !

Appartement impeccable ..très confortable ..Plus que conforme aux photos car son charme est réel.! superbe séjour dans un quartier a l'ambiance authentique .. À deux pas des remparts et de la mer ,avec un "plus" indéniable ..Ce beau 'marché de Provence', de qualité ,à la porte .. Une boulangerie que je recommande à 150 m à droite en sortant ..un choix de restaurants..! De commerces! À l'arrivée un accueil simple et très sympathique vous attend ..aucune mauvaise surprise ! Que du bonheur en ce lieu que j'aime nommer 'Antibes la Romantique'.. Il y aurait tant de "plus" à rajouter !! Je veux conclure en disant que je reviendrai .. C'est certain! Catherine
