What makes this property unique
Queen Bee villa is located at Cocotal Golf Course. Cocotal is settled in what once was a coconut plantation. Cocotal has two courses (18+9) and was designed by renowned architect Jose “Pepe” Gancedo, a six time Spanish champion. It is now a quiet gated community with excellent security, great golf views, close to the best beaches and Punta Cana's nightlife. The house is suitable for private celebrations and gatherings.
