A -frame nested in woods in mountain resort. Huge deck on 3 sides. Balcony on front and back with Mountain views that are better when leaves fall. Two tenth of mile from hwy 52, is 3 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway, 9 miles from Mayberry. Peaceful

This place was fantastic. House was perfect, views were great, and communication with management could not have been better. We will definitely be staying again, hopefully in the spring when the weather turns.

The house was clean and well stocked with coffee, water and goodies. Loved this place and if the opportunity arises would definitely stay again. The owner sent great instructions, keptnin contact with us and was just overall super!

Above and Beyond

First time with Vrbo and was extremely satisfied. The house was full of necessities and charm. Cold weather forced us to stay indoors, so we are hoping to revisit in warmer months. The area is so inviting for experiencing lots of adventures.

Great Property, Great Location

A quiet, well-appointed and -maintained house with everything we needed. The host Debbie was helpful and attentive. Quick and easy access to Blue Ridge Parkway (and I-77), close to Mt. Airy ("Mayberry"), enough places for a good meal there, in Fancy Gap, in Hillsville, and all around. Also a great cabin just to unwind and relax for a few days.

Very clean, quiet sm house. owner very attentive. A coat rack or hooks would be helpful. Also WD40 for front screen door. Other than that everything was very good. We hope to be back in the fall.

This is a beautiful area right on the ridge so you get sunrise over the mountains and sun set from the upstairs balcony which is on both sides of the home. Watching the deer in the morning and evening. Debbie has this house set up like a home with everything you could possibly need. She checks in to make sure everything is good and to tell you about the area. This is a 10/10 so comfortable and clean. Walked into the home later at night to coffee, water and drinks in the refrigerator and snacks in the cabinet. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Our host Debbie is always friendly and helpful if needed. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s located only 5 minutes from the Blueridge parkway and only 10 minutes from the town of Mt. Airy . Great shopping and good food in the town.

Highly recommend, very nice cabin. Spacious living room, and dining room . Not cramped at all. Host has most necessities of you forget something (phone chargers , soap ,shampoos etc.). WiFi is great, smart tv. Gas grill on a beautiful deck overlooking the mountains. I visit the area every year and this was my favorite cabin to date . Very spacious compared to others in the area . Highly recommended
