About this property

Couple and Pet Friendly Camping Cabin on the Blue Ridge Parkway

This camping cabin is located at Fancy Gap Cabins and Campground, the only private, full service campground and motel on the Blue Ridge Parkway. This cabin can sleep four but is perfect for a couples' getaway. It is set off from the other cabins. From the front porch guests get a few of our woods and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Inside is a queen bed complete with bedding. The futon folds out to a full-size bed. Bring your own bedding for the futon or rent sets for $6. Guests also have a mini-fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, table, chairs, lamp, extension cord with USB ports and coffee maker with coffee, cups, creamer and sugar. A floor heater keeps the cabin warm on chilly nights. A ceiling fan and small box fan keeps everything cool.

Outside, there is a porch with two chairs, a picnic table, fire ring, charcoal grill and water hydrant.

The cabins do not have a bathroom. The bath house with five, full private bathrooms and utility sinks is a short walk. Remember towels or rent a bath towel for $3 or a set for $6.

Please note that rates are higher on Memorial Day weekend, July 4th holiday and Labor Day weekend. Minimum night stays apply as well. Please contact us for details.
