Come make yourself at home and enjoy your stay at our place right in the heart of North Conway. It is located between the outlets and the center of town so you're in the mix of it all. Most come to hike, shop or enjoy the peace and quiet of Mother Nature.

Our spot provides the NH country feel and space you're looking for. The convenience of being so close to it all also helps. It has a full kitchen / dining room, living room with
a massive couch that can fit the whole family, 3 bedrooms (1 currently is for storage only), 2 bathrooms and includes a washer / dryer.

Enjoy all of what North Conway has to offer season to season. Saco River tubing/canoeing, hitting the slopes at Cranmore (5 minutes away), hiking the White Mountain trails, shopping spree at the Settler's Crossing Outlets or stopping in at Zebs are just a few things to enjoy.

I understand that when you rent pet friendly space your going to get some pet damage because some people are idiots and dont care. Smelling dog feces in main bedroom was not what i was expecting and carpets in any of this space isnt good idea. My dog is perfect citizen and wasnt left alone she went to daycare everyday and wasnt left alone except to go to dinner. She never has accidents but still shut off all bedrooms during that time she has a chew and was as usual perfect citizen. Place is rundown but understand why when people are idiots and dont have respect for other people’s property. If you dont mind a rundown unit with dog smells than this place would be ok for you furniture was sturdy and its decent size unit private

When you adjust the thermostat it doesn’t stay at the desired temperature. We had to continuously adjust it throughout our stay which was incredibly annoying due to the hot and humid weather. The TV in the bedroom is incredibly slow to the point I had to download the Roku app on my phone just to use it and it still took 1-2 minutes after I clicked/ selected something just for it to load. The 2nd night we had locked both the deadbolt and the door knob but when we woke up in the morning both were unlocked and the living room TV was on despite the fact we checked multiple times that it was off. We didn’t feel safe sleeping there afterwards and debated going to a hotel for the rest of our stay which we will definitely be doing when we come back.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was in the center of everything. Many reviews mentioned it was dated, but I didn't mind at all ,as it was clean,and had everything we needed.Owner was very nice also.Would definitely book again

Always a Relaxing Time!

We have stayed at this property several times, and love it! Its location is great, spacious and comfy. We also love the fire pit at night. We’ll be back next year!

Birthday get away

The house was nice, friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood, very close to alot of great place, esp Saco river which is why we stayed there. The Host was friendly and responded quickly,check in and out process was great also.

Great place, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed this place was easy to get to, it had far more room than we could have gotten at expensive hotels and it came with a full kitchen at a fraction of hotel prices. The beds were very comfortable, great WiFi, great water pressure & plenty of hot water ( 2 full bathrooms), the A/C was powerful, plenty of comfortable furniture to sit in, the washer/dryer were very convenient, the soap dispensers in the bathrooms were a plus, and the place was local to so many restaurants & attractions. We'd definitely stay here again.

Affordable Getaway

We had been renting our weekend getaways at the same place for years, but price increases over the past two seasons forced us to look for an alternate. Jon's place is situated on a quiet road just off the main drag, and is perfect for anyone looking to be active in the region. The home shows some signs of its age, but it is affordable, clean and comfortable. Being pet friendly was a huge plus too. We hope to return later this year.

The house

The location was great, within mins of all the shops yet far enough off the main road it was quiet, only draw back was it is in a dead zone for cell phone service that being said the wifi worked great so the no cell service thing really wasnt a big deal i would stay again
