Welcome to The Coastal Hideaway! Just off Indian Avenue within walking distance of Pebble Beach, your friends or family can relax by lounging on the outdoor patio, rocking on the side porch, or soaking in the hot tub. You can also enjoy the local beaches, visit Sweet Berry Farm, taste the local cuisine, and enjoy the many artisan shops in downtown Newport (just 15 minutes away). Brand new listing, this home is well equipped with everything from beach chairs to a pack-n-play to a chef's kitchen.
The space:
The house is located in a private, quiet neighborhood. Enjoy your morning coffee on the side porch rocking chairs or on the patio couch. Take a nap in the hammock as you listen to the birds chirp and if the ocean is particularly active, you can even hear the waves crashing.
- The downstairs features an open living/dining room area. The dining room overlooks the well landscaped backyard and patio area. The kitchen is perfect for any chef with a six burner gas stove and contains all the necessities to create a gourmet meal.
-There is a master bedroom on the first floor which is attached to an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also has a doorway that leads to the main hallway area. A full washer and dryer are located in a closet within the bathroom.
- PLEASE NOTE: the fourth bedroom is a den on the second floor that contains a twin size bed, twin size trundle (with regular mattress), and sleeper sofa. This room has two doors that can be closed, however in order to access all other upstairs rooms you have to walk through the den from the staircase. This is a spacious den.
- Air conditioner units are located in every bedroom and each of the common areas.
- There is a pack and play for a little one.
- Four beach chairs and two beach umbrellas are available for your use. Just load them in your car and take the 5 minute ride to the beach and enjoy the day!
- The house also has a weber gas grill, a weber charcoal grill, board games, puzzles, and a wireless printer.

Relaxing stay at Coastal Hideway

Beautiful well appointed home with lovely amenities made our relaxing getaway with friends and family special. The location is wonderful just 15 min to the heart of Newport, 10 min from shops and wineries, and 5 min to the beach. Kate was very accommodating and did an exceptional job communicating with us. We would highly recommend this home.

Perfect for the holidays!

We needed a place for the Thanksgiving holiday that could house 5 adults and two toddlers. This is more than a house, its a home ♥️. Everything was perfect, cozy and close to shops and the beach for a walk after a big dinner. Kate is lovely and always just a text away.

Private setting with easy access to local beaches & downtown Newport

Wonderful home in a private setting with top of the line appointments throughout. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Teen/tween daughters loved their "private" quarters upstairs and we all enjoyed the private backyard space and having meals on the patio surrounded by singing birds and listening to the waves crash on pebble beach just a short walk away. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed and the linens and beds are extremely comfortable. The location is an amazing and highly desirable area of the island that's off the beaten path yet a short 3 minute drive down beautiful Indian Ave to local beaches or drive 10 more minutes to downtown Newport.

Pre-wedding respite.

The house was even more beautiful and spacious than the photos. We stayed with my family, my elderly parents and daughter’s with there boyfriend and fiancé (one night) before my daughter’s wedding. It was perfect. Plenty of space for each sit on the porch or the balcony or outside to have a moment to themselves. One daughter had a nap in the hammock. Saturday my daughter and her bridesmaids got ready. There was natural light and plenty of open space for makeup and hair to be done. The space is tucked away and hard to find. In hindsight I should have put a sign out with her name on it so the bridesmaids could find it easier when they were dropped off. The beds were comfortable bathrooms were nice and roomy. We would stay there again!

Nice Property

Beautiful coastal get away
