This is an extremely charming property located Downtown Charlevoix. Tucked behind Bridge St with a welcoming courtyard full of gardens, you will fall in love.

This historic cottage was built in late 1800 and there are hints of its vintage throughout, creating charm and character. The property has been perfectly updated and offers modern amenities: new subway tile showers, wi-fi, Sonos, smart TV, newer Casper mattresses! The linens are luxurious and all details have been thought of.

The decor reflects a Northern Michigan carefree cottage type of lifestyle. It has a simplicity that pairs well with the little luxuries. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook - within walking distance you can provision at the local grocery, seasonal farmers market on Thursdays as well as a local fish market.

You have access to the entire cottage, porch, grilling and courtyard.
Other things to note:
This is a multi dwelling property. Each accommodation has its own entrance and outdoor space. The only space that is shared is the common courtyard and parking.

Great location, easy to rent, well stocked, comfy king bed, good parking. Will definitely try to book here again. Our only suggestion is to swap in some more comfy chairs in the main living TV area.

Location is great, right in the heart of downtown! And it’s a very cute and quaint place. Decorated very nicely with modern upgrades and amenities. The stairs are a little steep/narrow for the elderly/babies. Main bedroom is spacious, and all the beds and bedding are luxurious!We will definitely be back!

This well appointed apartment is extremely well located. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner was quickly responsive to questions. We attended a family wedding at Castle Farms this conveniently located to all of the festivities of the weekend. The covered porch in the gorgeous gardens is the star of this place I would absolutely stay again!!

This charming cottage is in a fantastic location in downtown Charlevoix. The owners have taken great care with all the details. Everything was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. This is a lovely property! We thoroughly enjoyed the gardens and the covered porch which were fabulous! The unit was well-decorated and nice amenities (towels, sheets, coffee, etc.) were provided by the owner. Definitely recommend this location!

We loved the house and the location which was walking distance to everything downtown! Plenty of parking too. The stairway to get up to the bedrooms is a bit narrow and steep as we had an elder with us but she took her time and it was ok. Overall a very nice experience and very clean!

Adorable cottage in the heart of Charlevoix

We absolutely loved our stay in downtown Charlevoix. This uniquely set up home allows for four separate bungalows with lots of privacy literally steps away from downtown Charlevoix. Not only was our home well furnished, it’s of very high quality which isn’t always the case with rentals. The icing on the rental cake is the stunning landscaping and overflowing flora. We hope to stay here again!

Super clean and super cute with a fabulous location! Shawn was very nice, as well. The only issue we had was the scary & difficult to maneuver stairway that led to the two upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t pick up on this fact when booking, otherwise we wouldn’t have chosen this location. (One person in our party uses a cane.)

This say this place was a dream home would be a total understatement. Shawn has done so a wonderful job preserving the rustic feel of the home, while equipping it to meet today’s needs. The home was very comfortable, amazing proximity to all the shops, and it had everything we needed, down to the last utensil. The walking distance to Lake Michigan was an added perk too! Just overall such a pleasant stay and if I could rank it higher than 5 stars I would. Shawn was such an amazing host. Easy to get ahold of, constantly tending to the gardens and ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend any of his locations!!

Overall great. Some recommendations. Tilt mirror in upstairs bathroom (Can't see face in mirror), add glass shower door (shower curtain too long) extend wall in kitchen to add dishwasher (dishwasher would be nice to sanitize dishes). Would be nice to have laundry machines somewhere on the property. Very nice decorations and amazing flowers. Porch was great

My family and I absolutely loved our experience at this super cute rental. The house was beautiful decorated, exactly like the photos. The place is in the heart of charlevoix, we walked all the times. The house is super clean, smelled good, we even have fresh flowers on every table to welcome us.
