Not only can you enjoy these from the living room, but the primary bedroom also boasts incredible views of the Gulf. After a day in the sun, your group can cozy up in the living room and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TVs. The kitchen also comes with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal during your stay. It also features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to add a luxurious detail to the rental.

Beach Colony Resort West offers incredible amenities the whole family will enjoy. For the guests who enjoy breaking a sweat while on vacation, there is a fitness facility and tennis courts available. Those who simply want to lie on the beach day in and day out have access to complimentary seasonal beach service (available March to October). There are also BBQ grills, a community pool, and an elevator.

Beautiful location. Easy parking. Suggest Guest stop by Visitors Center initially to retrieve information regarding Navarre and Navarre Beach. The door code did not work at Check-in. This was resolved with a phone call to the Southern Vacation Rental properties. But should not have been necessary. Code to gym, which was identified as Community room, did not work. Did not attempt to resolve. Overall, I would go again. The Locals are great!

We very much enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again. Everything was just as pictured and it seemed like the unit has been recently renovated. The view was incredible. Loved that they had a Keurig!!!

Property was perfect for our annual girls beach trip. The condo was just as advertised and we settled in quickly. We have stayed at this property numerous times, albeit in various units. The hot water was tepid so we messaged property management. They were quick with a response and sent maintenance to the room within a couple of hours. Issues was resolved and all else went smoothly. Wonderful and Relaxing Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was the first we have been back to the panhandle in about 10 years and were looking for a great place with no worries about details. This condo is lovely and well-maintained and updated. It was nice to see staff on site and that they were available if you needed them. The gym on site was an added benefit. We will definitily come back!

WONDERFUL PLACE & LOCATION

The condo furnishings were updated along with new appliances in the kitchen. We enjoyed the large balcony and the confortable seating outside was great. Beach Colony is a gated resort and provided us with two parking spaces in the garage area. All and all, we had a wonderful and memorable experience at the resort located in beautiful Navarre Beach.. We would come back in a "heart beat"!
