The house offers an outdoor garden with perfectly equipped terraces: chill out area, spacious table and panoramic views of the 11x6.5m pool. Relax on the lawn loungers while contemplating the landscape or enjoy a delicious family barbecue.



With two spacious floors, this property offers a refuge full of amenities. From its wide dining room for 8 people, its perfectly equipped kitchen and living room on the first floor to its 4 bright bedrooms, each corner is designed for your comfort and relaxation.



Two rooms are located on the ground floor and the others on the 1st floor. Both ground floor rooms have double beds, the ones on the 1st floor have one double bed and the remaining one has two single beds. The house has 3 en-suite bathrooms and a toilet, air conditioning in three of the rooms and a fan in the other.

For the little ones, the property has a children's area equipped with a ping pong table, a swing and swings, perfect for children to enjoy outdoors.



The farm has a barbecue area ideal for grill lovers where they can enjoy at their outdoor table under the breezes of Mallorca.

Amazing place where you must stay, The location, the villa and swimming pool where just perfect.

Property it’s located in a very good location. You can play music by the swimming pool without being disturbed by anyone. We really enjoyed our time there. The hosts where amazing also.

Fantastic Finca

If you’re looking for a villa off the beaten track, quiet, peaceful and relaxing but still relatively close to restaurants, super markets etc.. this is the place. The hosts were very hospitable and friendly, the villa had everything and more. We will definitely return sometime soon.

Excellent family villa close to the sea

This villa is perfect for a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the pool is wonderful, large bedrooms and lots of space inside the villa. The table tennis table and extra toys provided were very much appreciated by the older children. The location of the villa is perfect and only 10 minutes to the beach. I would highly recommend this villa.

Schöne Finca für Familien

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in dieser schönen Finca. Das Grundstück ist schön gelegen und die Finca ist schön und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Für die Kinder gab es den tollen Pool, eine kleine Spielküche, einen Roller und Schaukeln.

Ein kleines Paradies

Unglaublich nette Gastgeber, die sehr umsorgt waren und sogar frische Feigen von ihrem Bäumen für uns pflückten und immer wieder Eier ihrer Hühner gaben. Die Finca ist unglaublich schön, es hat absolut alles was man braucht und vor allem in guter Qualität. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man hat seine absolute Ruhe und kann einfach nur geniessen.

Tolle Finca mit nettem Gastgeber

Die Finca, ist wirklich so wie beschrieben, und sieht auch so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist eine wirklich ruhige Gegend, man kann hier wirklich die Seele baumeln lassen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der/ Die Vermieter/in haben neue Tischtennisschläger vorher besorgt, es war Grillkohle da, man hat uns frische Eier gebracht, als die Besitzer nach dem Rechten geschaut haben, um die Pflanzen zu gießen. Sie waren auch sehr freundlich und haben uns alles gezeigt und erklärt und haben zur Begrüßung auch jeder ein softgetränk oder Bier bekommen. Sehr aufmerksam. der Einzigste Makel, den wir hatten war ein kleines Problem mit Ameisen, aber sonst war wirklich alles perfekt.

GASTGEBER: Sehr freundlich, hilfbereit, professionell und immer stets erreichbar per Whatsapp. Cati & Gabriel sind ein sehr eingespieltes Team und haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. FINCA: Top eingerichtete landestypische Finca mit allem was man im täglichen Haushalt alles so braucht. Der Aussenpool war perfekt für jung & alt, auch die Form (Grösse & tiefe) war für unseren täglichen Gebrauch grossartig. Die Finca verfügt sogar über ein saubere renovierte Aussentoilette Die Aussendusche beim Pool verfügt über Warm- und Kaltwasser. UMGEBUNG: Die Finca liegt ruhig und nordöstlich von der Insel Mallorca. Einkaufen / Nachtessen / Shoppen alles einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen in weniger als 30min. (Can Picafort 8Min. / Alcudia 20 Min. / Pollenca 35 Min. Zum Einkaufen in kurzer Distanz und gut gelegen: Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona, Eroski Wir alle können die Finca von Cati & Gabriel nur empfehlen. Sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub

Diese Finca ist absolut empfehlenswert, super sauber und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab gratis Eier und Obst von dem Eigentümer. Wir kommen definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder!!!

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Finca Vernissa

Finca, Pool, Großzügigkeit, Grill, Sauberkeit, gepflegtes Anwesen Eine neue Kaffeemaschine wäre sehr sinnvoll, die jetzige läuft 50 Minuten für 1 Kanne. Bei 8 Personen schwierig. 2 Sätze Handtücher für den Badbereich pro Person wären schöner. Poolhandtücher ausreichend.

Großer Pool, großes Haus, ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattete Küche, toller Außenbereich Ein Zimmer hatte ein 1,90m Bett, was wir vorher nicht wussten. In diesem Zimmer hätten wir uns mehr Abstellmöglichkeiten, Haken etc. gewünscht.

Traumhafte Finca in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Finca verbracht. Dank des großen Pools waren auch Temperaturen um die 40° auch tagsüber gut auszuhalten und nachts halfen in 3 von 4 Schlafzimmern die Klimaanlagen dabei. Man merkt, dass das Haus früher selbst von den Eigentümern bewohnt wurde, da die Zimmeraufteilung sinnvoll ist und die Ausstattung reichhaltig. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommen, gaben tolle Tip und hin und wieder sind auch ein paar Feigen oder Eier für uns abgefallen. Vielen leiben Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Finka Urlaub

Wir haben in der Finka Vernissa einen 10 tägigen Familienurlaub verbracht. 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (4 Jahre und 1/2 Jahr). Die Finka ist wunderschön und liegt ländlich ca. 10 Autominuten südlich von Can Picafort. Die Finca ist mit so ziemlich allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck etc. waren ausreichend vorhanden, sodass man sich jederzeit selbst verpflegen konnte. Babystühle sowie ein Babybett waren inklusive. Die Finca ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Außenbereich mit seinem großen Pool ist wirklich schön angelegt. Wir haben es genossen im Pool zu plantschen, zu Grillen und die Abende mit einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen. Die Vermieter Cathi und Gabriel waren super freundlich und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Zur Begrüßung gab es Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Limetten von den umliegenden Bäumen. Top Gastgeber!!! Wir hatten eine super Zeit auf Mallorca und kommen gerne wieder in die Finca Vernissa! Der Spielplatz (Schaukel, Wippe) sollte mal modernisiert werden.

Entspannter, ruhiger Urlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche Gast auf dieser sehr gepflegten und sauberen Finca. Zur Begrüßung gab es Getränke im Kühlschrank, reichlich Zitronen und frische Eier von den Hühnern nebenan. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, alles was man braucht war vorhanden und endlich mal genügend Gläser, Teller und Töpfe. Vielen Dank an die sehr netten Gastgeber Cati und Gabriel. Die Schaukel und Wippe fanden wir für Kinder nicht geeignet

une belle adresse

Une jolie maison spacieuse, au calme, bien équipée et entretenue, très propre, à proximité immédiate des plus beaux lieux à visiter. Le voisinage est à bonne distance, on est seul sans être isolé. La propriétaire est disponible, dynamique et très sympathique, nous avons passé un super séjour, on adore !
